• Review the project technical documentation and the contractual requirements; • Develop of Commissioning and Start-up Strategy; • Develop of Commissioning Test Procedures and Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Activity Plan; • Defines commissioning work packages and prepare the relevant procedures; • Supervises and executing commissioning field activities; • Ensures safe execution of all commissioning activities through the application of the work permit procedure; • Coordinates activities of vendor representatives and subcontractors;

• Сompliance control over construction and installation works against design and corresponding work documentation; • Ontime solution of all technical issues associated with design and corresponding work documentation arising during construction; • Solution of issues associated with necessary modifications done to work and/or design documentation during construction; • Random control of hidden works quality and procedure compliance; • Signing off hidden works acceptance and critical structures intermediate acceptance certificates • Keeping a Construction design supervision register; • Control over ontime and proper carrying-out of all requirements and instructions indicated in the Construction design supervision register; • Issuance of capital construction punch lists; • Raising queries with the Asset on any of the above items to close-out to allow the as-building of the WP.

• Creation of work orders for approved corrective maintenance notifications according to CMPT priority; • Development of maintenance work packs to execute the tasks; • Searching, ordering and tracking materials in SAP Blue Print, bag and tag material in preparation for work execution; • Cooperation with the equipment manufacturers, monitoring, updating the obsolete equipment. Initiation of the eMOC (equipment/design management of change) in accordance with eMOC procedure; • Submitting of scaffolding, rescue team support/lifting and transportation requests; • Submitting of all necessary documents required for work pack; • Submitting of necessary information, reports regarding progress of work packs completed and any identification of any issues preventing completion; • Site visit to determine appropriate scope of work and identify appropriate discipline in multi-discipline jobs; • Planning for executing the routine, preventative, testing, adjustment, repair and breakdown Instrument maintenance and Inspection activities; • Elaboration of method statements and risk assessment worksheets; • Raise Z6 change requests to continually improve SAP master data based on site visit and feedback form received from Foreman and Technician; Identifying materials, tools and spare part requirements needed to carry out the activities; Able to read and operate with P&ID, Loop Diagram, C&E, interconnection, termination, isometric, hook up and other associated drawings and documentation;

• Searching, ordering and tracking materials in SAP Blue Print, bag and tag material in preparation for work execution; • Submitting of all necessary documents required for work pack; • Submitting of necessary information, reports regarding progress of work packs completed and any identification of any issues preventing completion; • Site visit to determine appropriate scope of work and identify appropriate discipline in multi-discipline jobs; • Planning for executing the routine, preventative, testing, adjustment, repair and breakdown Instrument maintenance and Inspection activities; • Elaboration of method statements and risk assessment worksheets; • Raise Z6 change requests to continually improve SAP master data based on site visit and feedback form received from Foreman and Technician; • Identifying materials, tools and spare part requirements needed to carry out the activities;

Carrying out the tests jointly with ICAT of LV & HV electric equipment, Fire &Gas detection system, automatic fire extinguishing system; Inspection performing for transfer into the Operation Fire &Gas detection and automatic fire extinguishing systems in cooperation with ICAT, PRC representatives and Fire Marshall; Technical documentation record keeping as per RoK; Drafting & tying in a matrix to the Clients documentation as per RoK; Liaison with the Clients responsible persons of the different disciplines to define scope of completed & planned works; Dossier acquisition as per RoK on disciplines and systems; Author’s Supervision on the project; Commissioning after construction assembly works; Project Technical Support.

Designation to the workplaces; Quality control; Organization of a workplace; Check-list filling up; Termination of JB panels; Maintenance of completed facilities; Chasing up and analysis of the installation and single line diagrams & handover of the completed work; pack to a mounting crew; Quality & performance time control; Drafting of a performed work scope detailed report;

Laying of wires and cables including drums installation; Installation of earthing systems; Installation of external lighting supports with reinforcement and installation of lamps; Termination of JB panels; Laying of cables inside of industrial and office buildings; Installation of switchboards, automatic circuit breakers, sensors inside of industrial and office buildings; Quality control; Maintenance of completed facilities.
