Representing the interests of the founders in Kazakhstan and coordination of all activities of the company whose core business is the installation of electrical and instrumentation systems, including engineering, project management, procurement, commissioning, training and operator training for customer service electrical equipment in petrochemical plants located on the onshore and offshore platforms, power plants.

General Management of all day to day activities of the company; Working upon and implementing strategies and goals relating with the supply of different equipment from Italy; Organising market research and potential customers’ investigation; Analysing and evaluating financial results and forecasts for the successful measurement of the company’s growth; Ensuring the correct and timely financial reporting to the appropriate local authorities.

Establish and maintain relations with Chinese companies supplying heavy construction machinery, equipment and materials by visiting their production workplaces in China; Be in correspondence and meeting with potential clients in Kazakhstan; Screening of suppliers and negotiating acceptable rates; Negotiate and prepare commercial contracts of purchasing; Co-ordination of buying and transportation, between company and customers; Have a good knowledge about local market and western region of Kazakhstan.

Managing and developing the growth of KIS Orion LLP in Kazakhstan from an initial head office base in Atyrau to a structure that now encompasses offices in Tengiz, Aktau, Aksai and Almaty; Ensuring all offices operate to the expected KIS Orion standard and meet the forecasts and targets that are provided; Preparing financial statements and financial reviews that are reported on a yearly basis to the General Director and partners at the annual board meetings; Close liaison with all local authority groups to ensure the company is fully compliant with ROK legislation and its various codes of practise; General Management of all day to day office services and issues; These include transport management, salary, promotion and performance assessments, sales and marketing reviews and company strategies; Reporting all duties on a regular basis to the General Director and obtaining delegation of authority in event of his absence.

Co-ordinate planning and scheduling of daily administrative office activities that are ongoing in the craft Centre; Organising and controlling the central Craft Skills Database; Participating in recruitment interviews for office team members and applying basic employment regulations as applicable; Prepare and conduct events such as craft days, graduations, exhibits, and celebrations; Maintain liaison as needed with PFD and TCO functions at Camberley, Atyrau, Tengiz, and other locations; Ensure that PFD Information Technology Department is kept informed on the conditions of the office reproduction machines, telephones, computer equipment and network system.
