Responsible for preparing, assembling and monitoring contracts between Lennar ventures and consultants, vendors, capital sources and others. Review contracts and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Analyze contracts for various legal, accounting and business purposes. Review contracts and change orders for completeness and proper signatures. Draft, edit and redline contracts in the negotiation process. Track life of contracts in JD Edwards. Organize and update contract files using a computerized file tracking database. Develop a contract policies and procedures module for operational staff to facilitate execution. Contribute to problem solving and mitigating contractual and change order issues. Special projects as assigned by Contracts Manager. Prioritize various document requests for review by Contracts Manager to expedite for processing. Coordinate all document requests for review and processing by contracts administrators Evaluate document requests to determine required action based on policies and procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned. Assist contracts administrators with renewal process for vendors’ insurance policies. Provide contracts administrators’ report in preparation for weekly team meetings. Support various interdepartmental personnel

Coordinate logistics and planning for all IIF activities. Administration support for the IIF Leadership Team. Support the IIF Manager in progress reporting, planning ahead and resourcing decisions. Hold all electronic engagement information and owns material standards. Respond to IIF Manager and JMJ Consultants/ Engagement Coordinator emails, telephone and written requests an Active IIF Coaching in three languages( Kazakh, Russian and English) Coaching new group member in safety aspects: BBS, PTW, PPHA, JSA Weekly operational Safety reports BBS Program: Lead group stats, increase BBS culture, face to face coaching participation in BBS Meeting

They conduct standardized testing during the drilling process and use a variety of methods to change the mud's viscosity, including adjusting the mud's temperature, pH balance and chemical components.
