• Central point of contact for all logistics support • Ensure prioritization of tasking matches D&C LT approvals • Optimize backloading, maximize load consolidation opportunities to ensure efficient task management • Responsible for intelligent load routing and to maximize cargo capacity i.e.: utilization of backloads and turnaround times • Oversees coordination and is accountable for the mobilization and timely communication of forecasted materials and logistics needs to Drilling Warehouse and business partners • Assist in the development of forecasted equipment/services with rig leadership (DSM, Bullpusher and Rig Manager) 
 • Responsible to oversee communication of forecasted equipment/services and expectations to Key Business Partners (SLB, Cameron, WFD, Baker Hughes, Nabors) • Ensure planning for high risk materials and logistics activities is completed in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. High Risk Materials, in this instance are defined as any item, assembly or chemical which, if delayed during delivery, would / may cause the rig to be classified as recording NPT • Ensure appropriate transportation means are provided to serve the purposes of safe, reliable and efficient operation • Assist in communicating routine transport services QA/QC issues from the DSM to Business Partners and following up until resolved.

• Process material withdrawal request for Oil Country Tubular Goods (Casing, Tubing, and Accessories) requested by drilling engineer representatives in compliance with standard inventory management processes • Coordinate with drilling, facility engineering, and project managers regarding the issue and return of OCTG, pipe, and other tubular goods stored at the Pipe Yard • Perform transactions (receipts, issues, stock relocation) in JDE E1 Inventory Management Module in a pipe yard facility • Prepare and submit customs reports as required by the Republic of Kazakhstan. Maintain material test reports, certificates of compliance, and Purchase Order documentation for all inventory items stored at the pipe yard • Assist drilling engineers with technical queries regarding material specifications of OCTG inventory • Work closely with storekeeper and third party Inspection personnel to ensure OCTG material is inspected prior to receipt of purchase order or acceptance from machine shop repair • Coordinate with third party inspection personnel regarding the evacuation of material to offsite machine shop • Maintain positive tracking and accountability of all inventory dispatched to machine shop for repair/threading • Coordinate loading and transport of material to drilling base and drill sites as required • Assist Drilling Warehouse Supervisor and Inventory Control with maintaining accurate Item Master descriptions for all stock material • Resolves discrepancies with physical and electronic inventory as required • Assist Inventory Control Group with period cycle counts

Daily task include the following: • Work with Drilling Engineers/Contractors from various product lines (Well Heads, Tubular Goods, Cementing Equipment, Completions, Drilling Fluids) on Material Requisitioning and Material Resource Planning. • Prepare Ariba Purchase Requisitions and maintain PR/PO files. • Prepare Stock Authorization Requests for new JDE stock codes • Materials Requirements Planning for Inventory Orders • Gather current inventory value information and forecast inventory levels. • Identify storage capacity constraints based on inbound shipment of goods • Process purchase request in Ariba and work with Expeditors and Buyers to provide updates to customers regarding purchase order status • Learn and utilize JDE/Oracle Inventory Management ERP system and Ariba for eProcurement • Drill Bits issue, receipt and inventory management • Drilling Whse consumables order • Non-stock materials issues to customers and inventory management
