• Dealing with personnel trainings (enrolling to HSE, driving courses); • Providing employees with PPE (issuing, receiving old, request for new); • Tracking and organization of employees medical check; • Arranging RoK 40 hours Safety Industial & Labour Protection Trainings for company employees; • Preparation and control all HSE documentation; • Implementation of safety procedures & instructions; • Updating HSE Training Matrix on a permanent base; • Analyzing site working conditions for potential hazards. Promoting good housekeeping in the job. Providing guidance to supervisors to ensure necessary protective aids are worn; • Participation in controlling the labour protection status, safety measures and fire safety in projects carried out by the company; • Conducting & Participating in HSE audits including TCO CHESM audit); • Participation in incident investigations. • preparation and execution of emergency response drills

• Carrying out the work on attestation and certification of work place and production equipment on compliance to the requirements of labour protection; • Tracking and coordination of all HSE Permits; • Reviewing the HSE Work Permits on the Project/Site to ensure continued compliance for enhancement of safety for both the work and the workers involved; • Participation in working out actions on prevention of occupational diseases and accidents at works, improvement of work conditions and finishing up to the requirements of normative legal acts on labour protection; • Controlling the provision of subdivision personnel with overalls and working shoes under the acting norms; • Participation in all kinds of HSE meetings (weekly, kick-off meetings with subcontractors, HSE comsite meetings); • Review Safety Inspection Reports, Equipment Tools and Vehicle safety related documentation; • Filing of Project/Site generated reports and documentation; • Preparation HSE weekly/monthly statistic/flash reports; • Conducting HSE meetings for Katco & Contractors employees; • conducting introductory instructions on protection of labour for all newly taken on employees; • Preparation presentations on different HSE issues (topics) on weekly basis; • Carrying out the preparation of statistical report on industrial injuries and occupational diseases; • Conducting Target Safety Audits with Supervisors on the construction sites & Base camps of Katco Contractors & reporting to Management. • Preparation and control all HSE documentation; • Analyzing site working conditions for potential hazards. • Planning, development, implementation and maintenance of the company PTW System; • Managing the PTW Improvement process; • Assisting the Issuing Authority in the execution of their PTW duties when requested; • providing a quality check on the completion of permits and certificates prior to issue; • ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained; • Operating the Permit Office to reflect the current status of all permit work; • Maintaining the permit display board; • Maintaining the Permit Register; maintaining Training Register; • raising the work permit application and all supporting certificates/documentation and presenting them for approval to the daily (Permit) Planning Meeting for review; • Carrying out general checks on the status of PTW compliance. • Conducting daily PTW site inspections; • Participating in HSE Audits.
