Marine Risk Advisor
My main responsibility is to provide subject matter expertise (SME) advice associated marine risk when engaging a vessel (marine assurance) in the Caspian Sea and worldwide, as well as for operations in the CaTRo channel and Cargo Offloading Facility (COF).
Lead in coordinating inspection activities (OVID Inspection, internal inspections) and ensure full compliance with Flag State, Class requirements, International Law, RoK law and contractual terms.
Assist in planning, coordination and implementation of procedures and guidelines, and compiling vessel inspection schedules and reports.
Investigation and correction or mitigation of identified technical issues, incidents.
Ensure appropriate liaisons are maintained between Future Growth Project (FGP) Logistics Farnborough and CaTRo Maintenance Dredging activities.
Ensure implementation and adherence to the requirements of the CaTRo HES Management System.
Interface with contractors to aid the facilitation of his duties.
Ensure the protection of the marine environment, coastline and adjacent shore area.
Maintain a working relationship with internal personal and the marine contractors working for the Project.
