- Coordinate ~40 TH USD worth productivity initiatives of Production department - Organize employee awareness events ensuring on time and in budget delivery - Organize and coordinate annual Production Strategy Alignment workshop - Create departmental RACI to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities of the team - Support methodologically the Basic Standardization implementation as a pre work to the RTT (run to target) deployment in production - Lead projects to improve the quality of the product and optimize the brand change process - Participate in the KPI and efficiency improvement projects - Conduct trainings on 7 key behaviors at Philip Morris Kazakhstan - Supervise and update internal instructions and procedures according to the requirements of the central function - Certified Internal auditor of the Integrated Management System ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 - Participate in the promotion of the Reduced Risk Product in Production Department

- Lead product quality improvement projects - Conduct trainings and workshops on Lean Manufacturing tools and methods - Support with projects for all business units to meet departmental and company needs - Continuous collaboration with all business units to provide on time and effective support in analyzing, solving and executing process improvement projects - Communication and visualization of business strategies through organization of special events, employee rewarding and recognition, articles for internal magazines etc.
