KPO b.v. is a multinational consortium which operates the giant Karachaganak oil, gas and condensate fi eld in the Republic of Kazakhstan General responsibility for planning and scheduling of onshore and off shore supply process of the project of multi-million budget, monitored contractor performance for over 250 PO’s; Generated statistical reports and visualizations, providing key insights for more than 250 POs, including construction and commissioning phases; Supported management in the development of budgets, forecasts, and analysis summaries of the project supply process.

Coordinated Brownfi eld and Greenfi eld construction/commissioning inspection by disciplines, approx. 20 000 NFIs; Managed and closed out any supply chain quality non-conformances in a timely manner resulting in improved quality standards; Reviewed and commented on EPC / subcontractor’s Quality Procedures, ITP’s and material certificates of the products.

Managed and scheduled onshore and off shore inspection over $1.5M, reviewed CV’s and mobilized inspectors at diff erent locations (over the world) for more than 100 PO’s; Created and managed a database of inspection coordination, and created an eff ective inspection report to capture appropriate information, needs, concerns and non-conformities; Supported the implementation of a new non-conformance management system resulting in a 30% reduction in NCRs.

Prepare MHR, MRR reports; Check the certificates received with materials and check their completeness and procedure certificate receiving report;

Worked with senior leadership to develop and implement corporate documents and procedures, improving quality performance by 10%; Assisted senior leadership and participated during internal and external audits; Reviewed and commented on engineering documentation of several designs.

Supported the production and delivery of the quality planning and control documentation which improved the overall quality management of the organization resulting in increased customer satisfaction; Managed production inspections and recommended corrective actions to improve the quality standards which resulted in a 20% reduction in defects; Reviewed and commented on subcontractor’s Quality Procedures and ITP’s before they are sent to the customer.
