Duties & Responsibilities: • Corporate reporting (Operations Statistics: Units under Maintenance, Personnel data, Order Intake, Order Backlog. Finance Reporting: PnL, BS, FRS) • Getting Bank guarantees for new projects • Settings into accounting system 1S: (new cost allocation system for business activities / lines; dimension – nomenclature groups, external report – transaction report) • Development and implementation of motivation salary system for mechanics in Service. • Coordination and controlling of accounting team

• Finance reporting; • Consolidation of finance reports; • KPI Reporting • Preparing documents for tender; • Implementing of new accounting program, including budgeting and production modules;

• Finance Modeling of investment projects • Business valuation • Contacts with initiators of projects, information collection • Term sheet conditions • Organizational issues of Due Diligence • Monitoring of invested projects • Development of anticrisis programs Work results and achievements: • Certificate of business valuation; • Skills and knowledge received in business valuation and finance modeling; • Participation at least in 15 investment projects.

Duties & Responsibilities: • revision/development of management accounting system for a complex project in mining industry; • development of budgets, budget control, reporting and instructions; • cost control; • financial and management reporting to Financial Director and General Director, • Monthly, quarterly, annual reporting to Kazatomprom (shareholder) – budgeting, forecasts, actual data Work results and achievements: • Direct participation in settings of analytical accounting system • Making of management accounting report package • Good experience in management accounting and budgeting
