Work under the contract: TCO – SICIM S.p.A. with the following duties: • Control over preparation for TCO and FGP inspections of cars and trucks, heavy equipment, as well as small equipment (generators, hydraulic pumps, lighting masts, heat guns, etc.) • Tracking routes to ensure timely delivery / arrival at the place • Organization and control of non-standard routes ( Tengiz – Kulsary – Atyrau - Tengiz) • Ensuring transport security of projects, as well as providing access to TCO projects ( badges) • Ensuring maximum efficiency of use of all vehicles • Monitoring timely submission of reports and calculations for transport services • Examination and execution of all transport documents, including driving logs, travel reports and invoices • Working with the client and resolving client’s problem to the satisfaction of all parties • Record driver’s policy violations and a report on a major issues to the Project Manager • Support to the transport management team • The holding of weekly discussions on the topic of transport safety with the drivers • Monitoring of all the Company’s transport traffic for monitoring the on-board vehicle system of the company Mix Telematics VTS( vehicle tracking system) and preparing report for management • The person responsible for leasing equipment, assisting the Contract Department in finding the right subcontractors and equipment

«TCO – SICIM S.p.A» • Organization and coordination of movement of equipment. • Ensuring uninterrupted, technically correct operation and reliable operation of vehicles. • Organization of work on the registration of the availability and movement of equipment (workshop – industrial base – construction site) • Participation in the preparation of documents for the maintenance service of equipment and vehicles. • Preparation and filling of the accompanying documents for the equipment. • Direct communication with drivers and operators. • Control of the preparation of cars and trucks, heavy equipment and also small equipment (Generators, dewatering pumps, lightning towers, blow heaters, etc.) to TCO inspections. • Control of sending equipment to the construction site. • Prepared and obtained documents for equipment required to enter construction site, maintained database for those documents for archiving purpose and expiration dates monitoring

«TCO – SICIM S.p.A» • To supply nonstop and technically accurate exploitation of vehicles, keep them in functioning condition. • To organize timekeeping of vehicles movement. • To monitor quarter and annually technical check-up of the vehicles. • Take an action during preparation of documents for repair of vehicles and consumption of spare parts. • Preparation of requests for purchasing spare parts for vehicles • Participation in development activities to change inefficient vehicles • Preparation and execution of materials movement report and updating vehicle database in time. • Participation in scheduled inventory of the goods and upon management request.

«ERSAI – DSL Caspian»; «ISKER – DSL Caspian» & «PSNK – DSL Caspian» Bolashak plant, Karabatan: • Log-book maintenance of transport and materials • Storage duties: income / storage / outcome of materials • Document control • Control of inventories to execute all activities on site • Execution of weekly and monthly reports of income / outcome of materials & equipment & transport; fuel report; waybills. • Transportation of personnel to / from accommodation – plant – accommodation; during work time and needs of site. • Preparation, control of daily schedule for drivers (bus / special vehicles / cars) • Transportation of personnel during crew change. • Preparation of reports in case of violation by vehicles Omnicomm system rules • Daily inspection of vehicles.
