Responsibilities: - Verification, acceptance, and approval of as-built documentation. - Organization and ensurance of complience of Contractors’ works with project design and specifications. - Continuous control and technical supervision of the technology of performing construction and installation works throughout the Technological complex. - Control of execution and participation in the inspection of completed hidden works. - Organization of work with Contractors and ensuring all conditions and opportunities to perform work on time, with quality, in accordance with the working documentation, schedules, and planned assignments. - Participation in conducting commission checks of the quality of equipment and pipelines during their acceptance. - Conducting business correspondence and representing the interests of the company within the scope of my competence. - Preparation of reports, analytical materials on the activities of the structural unit. - Preparation of technical inquiries (TQ). Operational cooperation with Field Design and Author Supervision and obtaining approval for project deviations.

Client – Udokan Copper LLC. - Ensuring compliance of executed works with project design and specifications. - Preparation of TQ forms. Getting approvals from Author Supervision in case of deviations from the project. - Supervision and coordination of subcontractors’ piping activities, site work as well as paperwork (weldlogs, asbuilt documentation, RFIs, inspection reports, etc.) - Liaison with the Client and design office representatives and solving project related issues. - Monitoring, enforcing, and ensuring the application of work related HSE documents, such as permits to work (PTW), risk assessment. - Material order and coordination of delivery of the material to worksite. Ensuring purchase of correct project materials. Control and follow-up of incoming, remaining and required materials. - Liaison with technical office, explaining, and assisting them on related subjects. - Ensuring compliance of all piping materials/equipment and their installation with standards (e.g. ГОСТ, ТУ, etc.). - Daily progress report to RA (ПТО) department and to the Client. - Inspecting and ensuring pipes are installed, welded, painted in accordance with QA/QC procedures and policies. Pipes include: Composite, PE, PVC, stainless steel, carbon steel pipes, GRP, pipes with polyurethane foam isolation and cable heater. (Fluids that will flow in pipes: various types of chemicals, reagents, water, air, lubricating oil, etc.) - Supervising and coordinating installation of soil heat stabilizers. - Writing official letters addressed to the Client. - Active participation in conferences with Client representatives and RHI management. - Acting as a focal point in the office as well as in the field. Leading, coordinating office and field works.

- Supervision and coordination of NDT (Nondestructive Test), PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment), and Preheat activities. - Supervision of grouting works on the foundations under the pipe racks. - Supervision of pipe cleaning and pipe installation, welding, and painting activities. - Ensuring compliance of executed works with project design and specifications. - Monitoring, enforcing, and ensuring the application of work related HSE documents, such as permits to work (PTW), job safety analysis (JSA), risk assessment, and other checklists specific for the particular activities. - Coordination of field general services (e.g. personnel needs, transport, equipment, etc.) - Implementation of supervision for providing safe and healthy work conditions at the workplace.

• Civil construction works (offshore/onshore): - Planning and organizing activities; preparing progress reports; liaison with clients, preparation and implementation of work procedures; materials and logistics coordination. - Ensuring compliance of executed works with project design and specifications. - Supervision of (but not limited to) earthworks, piling operations, dredging activities, concrete works, and topside works. • HSE: - Risk assessment; preparation of HSE and ELC related procedures and permits to work (PTW). - Ensuring application of HSE procedures and standards at work sites. • QA/QC: - Preparation of QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans. - Supervision of QA/QC personnel. - Liaison with technical/author supervision and regulatory affairs. - Preparation of acts and other as-built documentation; finalization and handover of project.

Position Specific Responsibilities: - RST (Reservoir Saturation Tool) logging. - PLT (Production Logging Tool) logging. - Perforation with HSD (High Shot Density) gun. - CBL (Cement Bond Logging) / USIT (Ultra Sonic Imager Tool) logging. - PMIT (PS Platform Multifinger Imaging Tool) logging. General Responsibilities: - Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment; PTW preparation; Filling pre-job checklists. - Calibration of tools; Wellhead equipment installation; Equipment barcoding. - FTL ticket preparation. - Usage of i-District for scheduling jobs and assigning required resources to the activities. - Usage of Tool Planner for designing the right tool string for logging. - Ensuring compliance with HSE rules and procedures at workplace and in the logging unit. - Liaison with the client. - Finalizing data from the logs and submitting them to the client.
