Acting as Finance Lead for KZ, UZ and KG: - Full control and managing of accounting and reporting processes; - Business partnering; - Leading budgeting and forecasting; - Optimization of business processes; - Automation and digital transformation of financial reporting, accounting reports and calcualtions; Achievements: - Full audit of BS which led to significant income; - Update and enhanacement of reporting process; - Automation of significant part of balance reconciliations; - Stock management enhancement; - Transperant and assumptions based approach of budgeting and forecasting

- Analyze effectiveness of G2N budget spend effectiveness and look for optimization in TMA - Support business in assessment of business cases and give recommendations in terms of ROI/GP - Support technical things such as upload of data in the systems and keep the process of creation Cost Centers and Profit Centers in order - OPEX analysis and seeking for effectiveness - Make COGs analysis and follow-up any COGS updates and highlight low GP/negative GP SKUs
