Offsite-Training Logistics Coordinator
• Arrange all logistics for off-site training within Kazakhstan and CIS as per Customers’ requests. This includes making reservation for air or rail tickets, accommodation, drawing up Cash Advance Requests, course enrolment, payment of course costs • Arrange all logistics for overseas development\training assignment as per Customers’ requests. This includes initiating the Visa process by obtaining the Letter of Invitation, arranging all travel accommodation, course enrolments, and payment of all course fees • Work closely with TCO Visa Group, Almaty office and other locations to ensure the approved visa process is followed at all times. • Keep customers informed of status for each training assignment.
