Establishing material master list and purchase order to acquire accessories and spare parts for the fleet of vehicles. • Inspecting the daily usage of diesel, invoices and backups provided by the Fuel Contractor in Iraq and forwarding the same to the accounts department to process payment. • Following up on approvals from Iraq, Ministry of Oil, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Iraq Ministry of Foreign affairs in UAE to ship armoured vehicles and ambulance vehicles to Iraq. Carry out registration process for all the new vehicles purchased and exported to Iraq. • Generating service orders for contractors, to provide passenger vehicles and special vehicles in Iraq and UAE. • Initiating new scope of work along with all technical information as required by the company and forwarding it to the procurement department to purchase new armoured, non-armoured cars and special vehicles. • Record the daily and monthly time sheets for the driver’s of the company.Track and renew the vehicle insurance and registration.
