Leadership on Support to CASA-1000 Implementation Sub-Committee: • Establishment support of the Implementation Sub-Committee; • Organizer of ISC meetings and agendas, ensuring proper documentation of meeting results; • Responsible for all correspondence between EPC contractors, and for envolved countries being properly answered and filed in the DMS; • Responsible for close coordination with Owners’ Engineers, keeping ISC members informed on construction/implementation schedules and progress; • Organizer of regular visits to construction sites; • Responsible for the preparation of monthly reports of all construction activities and the activities of the Owners Engineers; • Monitor of all construction activities to meet planned schedules; • Responsible of highlighting any potential/factual development that may hinder progress, and for the implementation of measures to resolve them; • Responsible of alerting the ED and ISC members of correspondence that requires impeding resolution/decisions, when lagging more than 2 weeks; • Responsible of informing ED and ISC members of resolved issues, and of keeping track of them; • Responsible of reporting and documenting summaries of communications between EPC contractors and owners.
