• Access management of JDE E1 system • JDE E1/SAP related calls, requests, escalations, communications with the users and power users. • Coordination of JDE E1 SMEs • Responsible for Compliance of JDE E1 forms and procedures • Support to external(PwC and others) auditors for JDE security related requests • On-going applications security support and administering, including access management, testing, role security management • Handle acknowledgement, coordination and resolution of end-user requests for JDE/SAP Security related services • Categorize and prioritize each request to ensure that adverse impact to business operations is minimized and normal service is restored quickly • Work with Global team on design for new implementations and enhancements to existing business processes related to security design • Adopt to comply with and enforce Information Protection requirements • Contribute/Participate in the Security Related SOD, Audit and IP Assessments • Prepare and maintain security and user documentation, procedures and processes • Participate in JDE/SAP project implementation or modification/enhancements • Work with the different teams and IT partners in the different parts of the worldn providing services to our internal customers • Hand on experience in SAP Security, for User and Profile Maintenance. • User administration involving creation/deletion/locking/modifying users- using SU01, SU10, Assigning missing authorizations as per the user’s requirement. • User master Record creation/ modification initial password reset and invalidity date extensions (SU01). Worked with User Information System, creating and changing users and assigning users to roles. Generated and maintained authorizations and authorization profiles based on existing roles-PFCG. Copying and Modifying SAP-Provided User Role Templates and also created a set of custom user role templates. Used CUA to maintain users(Creation, deletion, locking, etc) Monitoring the critical transaction codes and ensures that they are assigned to the concerned users only. Managing user login parameters and password parameters. Respond to requests, gathering all the requirements needed for functional team & business and prepare SAP security reports based on management & department needs. Worked on a ticketing tool to resolve the issues & problems in different kinds of Sap Security modules. Collaborate with other team members and business representatives to ensure that security roles, authorizations, activity levels, and settings meet the Client requirements. Producing SoD Analytical Reports (both Summary and Detail) against Users, User Groups, Roles and Profiles using RAR. Mitigation and remediation of users and roles for SOX using User/Role Analysis in RAR. Determining and report if any risks will be introduced by simulating the addition of transactions, Roles, or Profiles to a User ID.
