Material Procurement for TCO Field Operations and Projects (SGP, KTL, Turnaround Projects):  MRO materials (valves, gaskets, fasteners, tools, etc.)  Electrical and Instrumentation  Rotating equipment (pumps, turbines and spare parts) Job responsibilities:  Purchase of materials through Commercial quotations receipt, Electronic Tendering process and Blanket Agreements application;  Technical Clarification of material specifications with Vendors and Customers, commercial analysis of offers;  Materials procurement for TCO Turnaround projects with high delivery time priority and unique technical specifications. Ensuring that all materials are manufactured and ordered on time to meet Turnaround fixed schedules;  Procurement of Stock materials with special TCO requirements. Ensuring that all stock-out materials are purchased on time and quick delivery is secured;  Provide market survey analysis and support Local Content Development Group in development of Local Manufacturers;  Communicate with TCO Central and Project Warehouses to clarify issues that may arise when procuring technically complicated materials;  Visit Vendor facilities to become familiar with the range of their products and opportunities for future partnership;  All paper work activities are performed using Ariba and JDE1 ERP systems. Achievements:  Achieved qualification of Kazakh manufacturer in TCO database system for supply of refractory materials which was previously purchased from overseas suppliers.  Made cost saving for TCO in an amount of 300.000 USD per year in materials procurement.

Procurement of materials and services for office, offshore and onshore Drilling Rigs, EPC-Projects in local and global markets:  General consumables and materials (office consumables, camp materials etc.);  Engineering, technical assistance Services;  Professional and consulting Services;  Rental services (equipment, real estate, etc.);  Repair, maintenance works. Job responsibilities:  Procurement process steps: material/service request receipt, publish of Tender with preliminary selected Vendors, Technical and Commercial Evaluation of received offers and final Order issue;  Procurement of Company’s most valuable Service/material requests. Subcontracting key Vendors of Saipem by negotiating on pricing, technical, commercial terms, and issuing multimillion Contracts through tendering process;  Supervision of high value, technically complicated requests starting from preliminary market observation until final Purchase Contract issue;  Market survey, searching for new vendors, existing vendors’ development;  All paper work activities are performed using SAP (Procurement/Subcontracting Section) and e-business Saipem portal. (only in the end you put “period/tochku”) Achievements:  Made significant contribution in replacement of previous high price subcontractors by new and effective Vendors and valuable cost savings/commercial benefits for Company activities;  Fully handled procurement for Exxon Mobil Drilling Infrastructure projects in Kashagan D Island (solar wind electro station installation, Preservation and Drilling Services);  Provided Local Content Development for Company Services. Particularly multi-million works related to repair of heavy engines which were conducted before only in overseas workshops was replaced by Company with facilities located in Kazakhstan. We made valuable cost savings in Transportation and Customs charges and services cost.

 Ensuring the availability of the purchased materials and handling of documentation at the established delivery point in accordance with the order conditions and within the scheduled time limits;  Reaching out with suppliers and keeping material delivery status under control;  Updating delivery status of goods in SAP;  Collecting and checking for accuracy relevant material documentation (Invoices, Delivery Notes, Packing lists etc).

 Introduction with BASF Oilfield & Mining Chemicals application and testing processes;  Conducting testing experiments with the range of BASF O&M Chemicals, particularly flocculants (Magnafloc), gas hydrate inhibitors, demulsifiers, and drilling chemicals under supervision of Chemical and Physical Lab Coordinators;  Research of Application of Demusifiers in Crude Oil preparation processes in Kazakh Oilfields (based on this it was written final University diploma thesis);  Visiting different BASF R&D Centers located in Trostberg and Ludwigshafen (Germany) and participation in Projects related to Researches in O&M Chemicals properties.
