I organize and lead the activities of the Department with the aim of improving production safety and implementing the Company’s policies in Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, Radiation Safety, and Environmental Protection (HSE). I define the strategy, policies, and objectives in the areas of Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, Radiation Safety, and Environmental Protection to enhance production safety and ensure continuous improvement of the existing HSE management system. I supervise and coordinate systematic planning of all HSE-related activities in alignment with the overall corporate strategy, ensuring improvements across all stages of design, construction, and operation of production facilities. I prepare and submit reports and information upon request to government authorities and JSC NAC Kazatomprom. I oversee and ensure the performance of subordinate staff, monitoring proper execution of their duties and responsibilities. I ensure the timely execution of assignments and tasks set by the direct supervisor and the General Director, including those arising from operational and production meetings. I ensure full personal compliance with employer regulations, internal policies, procedures, instructions, and other corporate documents related to employment activities.

- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for labor protection, industrial safety, fire safety, and hygiene across all company divisions. - Conduct safety audits and inspections of equipment, vehicles, and machinery to ensure compliance with safety standards. - Review and sign work permits, ensuring all hazards are identified and control measures are implemented. - Perform production control inspections and issue corrective action reports. - Investigate workplace incidents, develop corrective and preventive actions, and revise safety procedures. - Monitor contractor activities to ensure safe work practices and compliance with company safety policies.
