In Astana Hub, I combine Agile coaching with project management. My responsibilities include coaching teams on Agile practices and mindset, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, leading Agile transformations, managing projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, working with stakeholders, tracking delivery metrics, and continuously improving processes using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities •​Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes and events within the Project. •​Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices. •​Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products. •​Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog. •​Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. •​Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress. •​Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions. •​Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. •​Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. •​Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

I am responsible for ensuring the team adopts Agile principles, and follows the processes and practices associated with Agile development within the SAFe framework. Responsible for organizing scrum ceremonies, communicating with Product Owners and key stakeholders, managing overall scope, schedule, cost, quality, and goals of the team. Responsible for setting and monitoring KPI’s and reporting to Product Line management and leadership when requested. Facilitating Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Refinement • Identifying and systematizing blockers that hinder the effective work of the team • Ensuring user stories are 100% ordered, defined, and ready to be worked on by the team • Helping product owner to make the product backlog healthy and ready for the next sprint • Focusing the team on Sprint's goal and ensuring the increment delivery
