As a VIP clients services coordinator at a Vacational Club's Corporate Office for Elite members, my main objective was to deliver the best service possible to the Club potential clients. In case if they liked experience offered to them by me, they would purchase a life-time membership at the club. My main functions were to advertise and offer to VIP clients ("Potential" Club members in the future) the best possible options available at the moment of the time of their travel with the membership level that they have. Provide efficient and effective service by promoting, advertising and convincing clients into upgrading to a life-time club membership level.
Other regular duties and tasks included dealing with complaints, ensuring smooth flow of information between our department and financial, marketing and sales department. Following up clients for payments, unsettled installments. Negotiating with the off-site vacation clubs the process of a smooth VIP clients' arrival and departure, follow up procedures with VIP Clients.
