Verification of data loading corresponding to the contractor's welding charts. Notify the QM Adviser (Quality Management) of any discrepancies in the data provided by the contractor or inspector. Daily entry of data on the performed welding work, visual and non-destructive testing. Preparation of pending inspection reports in PDF format and daily distribution to contractors, supervisors and inspectors. Reconcile and regularly review pending Maxtrax inspections, NDT reporting and consistent data entry. Interaction with QA/QC inspectors, lead team leaders, documentation control department, contractor representatives. Apply tracking, database reporting systems throughout the project to ensure that all documentation (regarding the Maxtrax program) is up to date. Provide assistance to senior OCC Administrators. And also to carry out other duties arising from the nature of the position itself / the nature of the work performed by him. Report all nonconformities to Leading Specialists.
