Manager of CRM and Consumer Platforms
- I developed and managed key important products in the digital ecosystem, including CRM system, lead generation tool, and communication platforms for consumers. My focus was on improving key product metrics such as click rates, open rates, engagement, retention, monthly active users (MAU), daily active users (DAU), and especially the rate of customers switching from competitor brands to ours. - I create multi-category marketing strategies to achieve overall business goals, such as segment share, market share, and revenue growth, using the digital products in my portfolio. Developed and managed targeted communication strategies across SMS, email, and push notifications to improve customer engagement and product retention. Regularly analyzed data, conducted A/B testing, and refined user experience strategies. -I am responsible for the consumer journey both online and offline, integrating them into a cohesive system.
