• Preparation and submission of monthly reports on the services provided by the transport department for invoicing to TCO logistics. • Preparation and calculation of price offers based on the company's resource catalog. • Assistance and support of the Turnaround department in mobilizing additional resources during the period of TA. • Work in the DCT system, filling out timesheets and obtaining approval from the customer. • Preparation of reports on the services provided for the repair of vehicles and special equipment.

• Responsible for the calculation of the Monthly total mileage and incidents, determine the overall rate of recorded incidents and provide a report to the management of the Transportation department. Provide the report with visualization (graphs, bars, tables etc.) to the MVS HSE Manager. • Provide monthly KPI of drivers in the blue zone of the Astana, Atyrau and Tengiz (in percentage), as well as by mileage, the number of incidents involving drivers across all the above areas. • Timely update reports in chart form for all areas of the Transportation Department. Determine the total number of annual indicators, kilometers, non-reported incidents and monthly key performance indicators. • Maintain a monthly database of all drivers: maintain lists of drivers with indicating the date of birth for the analysis of age groups; monitor expiration dates of driver's licenses; exclude dismissed drivers and include newcomers in the database. • Compile a comparative analysis of MVS reports by week, month, year, from the beginning of the year compared to previous years. Identify fatigue events for each department by week. Conduct a comparative analysis of fatigue events by age group for all drivers. Identify drivers of the Tengiz section of the Transportation Department. Create a visualization of these analyzes in the form of graphs in presentations.

• Responsible for site monitoring of drivers and Light Duty Vehicles within FGP project. • Responsible for timely enrolment of drivers to RoK and TCO mandatory courses. • Ensure that Transportation related documentations of drivers are aligned with TCO Road Safety & RoK requirements. • Participation in Inventory of spare parts warehouse once a month. • Conduct a weekly TBT for COCR drivers onsite as per Transportation SPV’s instructions. • Responsible to clarify reason of fuel overconsumption of LDV’s in case of appearance. • Responsible for shift rotation process of drivers. • Responsible for waybill and checklist prolongation in timely manner for FGP LDV drivers.

Responsible for administration and site monitoring of equipment operators/drivers and vehicles within FGP project. Identification, planning and implementation of improvement programs to optimize equipment transportation activities from Sicim Base to FGP facilities.     Ensure that Transportation related Plans, Procedures and Work Instructions are aligned with TCO Road Safety & RoK requirements.   Responsible for timesheet inputting of drivers and helpers of flat bed and low bed vehicles. Responsible for waybill and checklist prolongation in timely manner for crawled equipment (e.g. excavators, welding machines, rollers, loaders, dozers). Responsible for participation of TCO inspections for crawled equipment

The primary focus will be the Site Logistics Operations support and readiness for Production Operations, Start Up and Plant Turnaround. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: •    Responsible for research, development and administration of the Logistics data outcomes in a series of management and control documents.  •    Identification, planning and implementation of improvement programs to further the efficiencies within Logistics.   •    Manage Business case Proposals associated with Logistics Infrastructure, systems and Facilities.  •    Responsible for Logistics Engineering deliverables •    Ensure that Logistics related Plans, Procedures and Work Instructions are aligned with NCOC HSE & ROK requirements.   •    Preparation and implementation of Logistics services in support Production Operations & Maintenance activities.  •    Implementation of Logistics Policies & Procedures. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: •    Monitoring and Site Supervision of contractors providing logistics services such as Roads Maintenance, Manpower, Fuel Supply and other. •    Provision, development and administration of the Logistics data outcomes, Policies, Procedures and Instructions. •    Identification, planning and implementation of improvement programs to further the efficiencies within Logistics.  •    Monitoring, updating and follow up of Logistics Services KPI •    Assisting for Logistics Engineering deliverables •    Assist to Logistics Engineer to ensure that Logistics related Plans, Procedures and Work Instructions are aligned with NCOC HSE & ROK requirements.   •    Implementation of Logistics Policies & Procedures. •    Work in close cooperation with all of the Logistics team

To assist the Logistics team with data input activities and actions. Ensure that all data input is completed correctly and in a timely manner.  To monitor inventory levels during data input and advise any shortfall based on established Min-Max levels.  Responsibility for all electronic, manual files and auditable control documentation in cooperation with COMPANY Document Control Team.  Assist with periodic stock checks and take part in the annual inventory count.
