Overseeing two projects portfolio - ‘Amplify, Verify, Engage: media and civil society for democratization and good governance in Eurasia’ funded by the Norwegian MFA and a sub-grant by the American Councils on Facilitating Scholarly Exchange between the U.S. and Central Asian China Studies Communities: - provided a complete cycle of project management, including executive/organizational work, planning, narrative and financial reporting, M&E data gathering and analysis, and financial oversight; - full coordination support of all project activities; - fostered CABAR.asia analytical platform’s editorial excellence in machine learning analysis: https://cabar.asia/en/ml-ai-materials; - mentored and supervised five interns from leading CA universities, such as UCA, AUCA, OSCE AiB; - organized 20+ international, regional and country-based expert panels on Central Asia’s development; - led the production of 7+ analytical courses for the CABAR Media School platform: https://school.cabar.asia/en/courses-2/ - organized two unique regional Schools of Analytics aimed at capacity building of 45+ young policy experts in Central Asia: https://youngexperts.cabar.asia/ - developed and co-created project proposals, bringing three new projects worth 300k+ USD; - liaised and conducted outreach work with governmental officials, NGOs, policy analysts and media reps, building networks within the Central Asian region; - other duties as assigned (extensive translation/interpretation, admin work).

Provided all logistical and organizational support in the course of Alumni Network functioning (554 graduates): • Organized and coordinated an Alumni conference, chapter meetings 4 Central Asian states; • Supported a Junior Public Officers program; • Initiated and proposed two new programmes - 'Teach for Central Asia' and 'Junior Professional Officer'; • Synthesized monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on the annual Alumni survey and alumni activities for OSCE Secretariat and OSCE Pprogramme Office in Bishkek; • Maintained documentation, electronic archive, alumni database and filing system related to Alumni Network activities; • Developed two grant proposals for collaborative initiatives; • Responsible for collecting, drafting nd proofreading materials, and logistical work to publish annual alumni magazine SalamAlum; • Planned budget spending related to Alumni Network Activities; • Performed miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (translating, interpreting, SMM support of events).

Responsible for analytical projects and proposal drafting for donor organizations; Conducting policy analysis and writing training for interns.

Conducted a research project concerning western-educated youth and its contribution to social change in Kazakhstan.

Conducting a research project under the auspices of the 'Europe — Central Asia Monitoring' initiative; Conducting meetings with diplomatic reps, Dutch state officials, wide range of researchers of Central Eurasia and post-Soviet space; Contributing to EU's Central Asia Strategy 2019.

Assisted with briefing papers for Presidential visits, ad hoc committees; Assisted in preparation of meetings/conferences, monitoring the work of the OSCE PA Field Missions, working on briefing papers for the forthcoming elections. Analyzed and reported on political, socio-economic, and human rights situation in Central Asia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova; Assisted Media department Director with drafting and compiling reports; Developed OSCE PA's Annual Report of Election Observation missions (2017).

I was engaged in a 1-year long research project that concerns a problem of Kazakhstani media market development and reformation of its state regulation. The final product of the fieldwork and data processing was a policy paper for the governmental bodies and further advocacy campaign. Was also co-involved in the development of a new major project concerning introduction SexEd to secondary schools in Kazakhstan (specific details upon request).

Preparing, analyzing, collecting and distributing the information related to the NPM activities in Kazakhstan; Preparing and submitting detailed NPM reports to the Ombudsman's Office. Assistance with coordination of activities performed by NPM regional groups; Assistance to the Ombudsman's Office in liaising with NPM Coordination Council members; Preparing background materials for NPM Coordination Council meetings; Assistance to the Ombudsman's Office in its communication with the UN Subcommittee on Torture, international and local NGOs; Administrative errands; Translation of various materials related to human rights, politics; taking minutes/notes.

Translation of broad range of topics (technical, business, political English)/Письменный перевод текстов широкой тематики (технический, деловой английский).

Assisting Media Analyst. Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of a wide range of Kazakhstani media outlets; Dealing with routine queries and correspondence; Translation of press releases, news articles and other mission-related materials from RU-EN and vice versa. Assisting/consulting Political and Legal Analysts. Administrative errands.

I was engaged in data gathering/processing for a PhD project. Was preparing my own findings for the thesis (protection of Christian minority groups' rights in Kazakhstan) Translated all the necessary materials for the research group I was a part of (academic articles, interview transcripts, research paper drafts, analytical reports' drafts, etc.). Helped to organize conferences/round tables.

Preparing 10 grade school students of Daryn high school for gifted children for passing the IELTS/Углубленное преподавание английского языка для учеников 10 класса школы для одаренных детей "Дарын" в малой таргет-группе для будущей сдачи IELTS.

Teaching history and social studies/Преподавание истории и обществознания для учеников основной школы.
