I am in charge of Binance operations in Kazakhstan where I oversee all aspects of the business from building the country's first fully licensed local crypto exchange platform to launching new product offerings and campaigns. Key Achievement: Successfully led the launch of the first fully licensed local crypto exchange platform in Kazakhstan, integrating two fiat channels allowing users to deposit and withdraw in KZT via debit card and the zero commission bank transfer channel. This milestone created unprecedented opportunities for users to actively participate in the dynamic crypto ecosystem. During the project, I successfully led and coordinated efforts across the tech team, finance, clearing, treasury, compliance, customer support, and operations teams. Other projects: Led a joint project with Air Astana for miles-to-crypto conversion, partnering with the country's largest airline. This was the first initiative of crypto adoption within the travel sector in the world. Organized a national-wide web3 hackathon that attracted an impressive participation of 1500 participants, fostering innovation, and raising awareness about the potential of blockchain technology. It is worth noting that the crypto projects I am involved with in Kazakhstan are both new and complex, and there was no precedent for the work we are doing. I am proud of the progress we have made so far, and my unwavering dedication to changing the crypto landscape in Kazakhstan stays stronger than ever.

As Head of Strategic Projects & GR in the Central Asia region, I have successfully collaborated with local authorities, conducting in-depth regulatory analysis, and influencing taxi services regulations to ensure compliance and minimize operational impacts. Additionally, I led a significant project on potential impacts of new legislation on digital labor platforms, resulting in the launch of a pioneering pilot project for drivers and couriers of delivery applications like Yandex Go, Glovo, Wolt, etc. Working closely with GR teams and authorities, I achieved a compromise for the pilot project, aiming to bring more transparency and social support to digital labor platform workers through technical integration with the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan.

As Head of Operations, I successfully led the launch and management of Yandex Taxi business in multiple countries, including Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Moldova, and the Baltics. Notably, from 2017 to 2018, Yandex Taxi's revenue experienced a remarkable growth of 293%, with a significant portion attributed to our successful expansion into international markets. I built and managed high-performing teams to ensure operational excellence for each country's operations under my supervision. I played a key role in the seamless merger of Yandex.Taxi and Uber in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, effectively managing operational adjustments for a successful integration. I launched various projects in Kazakhstan, such as voluntary life and health insurance for passengers and drivers, prioritizing safety and well-being within the transportation sector, alongside leading quality assurance projects for service excellence. I was the first Uber employee in Kazakhstan. I launched Uber's business in the country from scratch and was fully responsible for operations and supply. My role included managing P&L performance, developing pricing models and motivation schemes for drivers, onboarding partners and drivers to the platform, managing driver acquisition and retention activities, and tracking core business metrics. During the launch period, I pitched Uber to our very first partners and drivers, ensuring high-quality service by following safety regulations and providing clean cars. I was also involved in creating learning and training driver material, answering driver support tickets, and managing government relations, marketing, and PR. Our launch day set a record for highest numbers of online cars and trips in the EMEA region. I am proud to have been part of the team that transformed the taxi industry in Kazakhstan, which at the time was chaotic, inefficient, with long waiting times for taxis and unsafe hailing methods from the street. My contribution to the Uber's launch remains a unique and exciting milestone in my professional career.

As General Manager, I was responsible for establishing and leading a notable furniture and DIY marketplace in Kazakhstan. Building from scratch, my role included the establishment of a legal entity and assembling a reliable team that could drive the marketplace's continuous growth. I orchestrated a business model for the supply chain logistics processes that enabled The Furnish to effectively manage its operations from end-to-end. I was responsible for all fiscal matters including budgeting, P&L performance, as well as financials.
