• Provide day-to-day production support for PI applications, PI Interfaces, PI AF, and ensuring high data availability, and successfully transferred to the Business Network for end users. • Work with various systems completions teams to build PI data points, making real time data available as the new base business systems are commissioned. • As new points are built, validate data and ensure all PI tags are match TCO standards. • Provide performance optimization and system health monitoring in support of compliance with overall health and availability targets for production systems. • Provide installation, configuration, and monitoring support for the PI system servers, the application operating systems, interfaces, and client tools on end user workstations. • Create, monitor, and provide maintenance for PI system tags. • Provide maintenance support for PI systems, ensure PI system patches are applied in a timely manner and are effectively tested. • If any issues arise with PI platform, perform root cause analysis along with recommending and implementing preventive techniques as required. • Converting new HMI SCADA screens to Siemens XHQ and keep them in sync. • Development of new XHQ screens according to the requirements of the project, adding new functions to existing ones. • Develop and maintain effective application technical support documentation including procedures. • Work directly with vendors and IT entities to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ensure issues are properly documented, classified and escalated as appropriate. • Participate on project teams to deliver new functionality and to support corporate initiatives. • Interact and provide support for end users including training. • Provide periodic 24x7 on-call rotation support.

• Responsible for maintenance, development and administration of the PI system, its integration with other enterprise systems. • Administaring the model of flows for the Data Reconciliation Management System (I-DRMS, Indusoft Ltd software), which is used to form the overall approved material balance of the enterprise. • Developed the system of the movement of oil and petroleum products, tracking the movement of materials and providing preliminary data, and also tools and plug-ins for integration of this two mentioned systems (VB.Net, C#, .Net Remoting, WCF, VSTO). • President's Award for outstanding contribution to PetroKazakhstan
