Coordinates with the authorized person of the Customer all organizational and technical issues in the production of construction works. Must daily report to superiors on the progress of daily activities or on emerging issues

-Development, Coordination and approval of the WEP (Work Execution Plan). -Placing orders for materials, accounting and control of equipment (acceptance on a warehouse and transfer to contractors under construction). - Customer interaction on the-Ensuring the process of construction and installation work, commissioning ISBN (Integrated pipeline security system) complex of technical and physical means for protection of objects of CPC-K (PS Tengiz PS Atyrau, A-PS-3A, A-PS-4, valve stations) for the following systems- perimeter security, access control, video surveillance, speakerphone, motion sensors,Features- current questions (terms of performance of works, change of the cable line for laying of a cable, etc.) - Quality control and terms of works of contractors. - Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety regulations. - Preparation of notes for adjustment of projects. - Ensuring technical supervision of construction. - Control of preparation of executive technical documentation for commissioning of the object.

Managing of the Refinery Design Team and New Projects Team; Managing of the Projects Managers; Investment projects budgets- preparation, control and management; Turn around related projects- preparation and performance management; Dealing with Engineering Companies, local Design Institutes, Authorities and Contractors. Bypass Road and Crane Pads, Road Improvements for Transportation of Heavy Equipments : Responsible for installation and construction of temporary roads and lifting points for heavy equipments(Boiler : 350 Tonn), construction of reinforced concrete pads for crane, access roads for SPMT and reinstatement works. 3.
