• Responsible for compliance with customs laws and regulations in CIS region • Operationalize Companies Customs Compliance Enterprise Standard • Support establishment and maintenance of local standard work processes in alignment with Customs Compliance Enterprise Standard • Drive customs compliance process disciplines and time-lines • Respond to customs related government inquiries as required • Customs compliance issue resolution • Monitor and communicate customs regulatory changes affecting business units • Metric Reporting • Customs Broker/Agent oversight and management • Work with, support and advise local and global cross-functional business teams to identify, assess, and develop action plans with respect to customs compliance and operations risk abatement • Driving customs compliance business disciplines and engagement with diverse cross functional business teams Working with cross-functional teams to drive improvement Balancing business commercial needs with impeccable adherence to customs regulatory and process requirements

1. MISSION: placing and tracing of purchase orders, translating and preparing of the documents for customs clearing, working with the catalogues and databases, legalization of permission and cargo certification, coordinating of forwarder's and customs broker's performance 2. AREAS OF JOB RESPONSIBILITY: - place purchase orders and track orders execution by supplier due date and client's contract due date, contact daily with International Distrubiton Centers (IDC) and forwarders on transportation coordination and order issues settlement - provide with written translations of the technical description of equipment from English to Russian, in case such description is not available in Russian -interact with customs broker in regard to the duly hand over of all necessary documents for customs clearance of cargo and deadline control over this procedure - customs payments, registration of certificates, permissions - control of loading and offloading operations in customs areas - calculate customs duties and help to accoutant -support Key Performance Indicator - support specific project within logistic department
