Planning Department Reporting directly to Workface Champion and is responsible for the activities regarding planning matters of The Project Gathering the required data, verify the information collected and perform Installation Work Package (IWP) updates based on inputs received in SPC (Smart Plant Construction) software programme. Planning, organizing and coordinating the planning activities in detail to maintain a proper Installation Work Package management process regarding all aspects of the schedule. To maintain Installation Work Package measurement system in accordance with schedule activities and in compliance with the actual work performed.

Ensuring timely handover of spaces (technical rooms) and areas for equipment installation and participate in the handover of the same. Controlling, witnessing and recording all individual testing procedures of installed equipment and engineering networks. Compiling weekly and monthly external and internal reports, as well as any other specific reports as described within the scope of CSC.

MEP department Supporting development and implementation of Project Quality Delivery Plan (overall integration of all project quality related processes - as per technical quality assurance, construction quality and fabrication quality, ITPs, inspection, HSE incident reporting & alerts). Coordination with the client representative on all quality matters. Undertaking quality inspections for all installed MEP works and implement the relevant QA/QC procedures at the site. Electrical department Organizing and participating in inspections of electrical works (LV and ELV systems) and submittal of comprehensive reports to Construction Supervision Consultancy (CSC). Ensuring that the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical and electrical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements. Translation and preparation of non-conformance report (NCR). Preparation as-built documentations to the client. Preparation BoQ (Bill of Quantity) in ITWO program. Oversee the preparation of O&M manuals.

International Airport Pulkovo. Russia, Saint-Petersburg, Mechanical department Preparation of as-built documentations on behalf of the customer and technical supervision. Organizing and participating in inspections and transmission of specific documents for internal plumbing and HVAC systems and advancing the same to general technical supervision. Translation and transmission of comments to relevant subcontractors as well as monitoring and controlling the comments close out process. Participation in mechanical commissioning works such as pumps, AHU (Air Handling Unit), FCU (Fan Coil Unit) and heat exchangers.
