Servicing and providing customer support for national government of CIS East region countries’ (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tadjikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Mongolia). Providing technical support regarding equipment such as: Surge Arresters 0.4-800kV; accessories for Low Voltage Insulated Overhead Lines (LV ABC Lines up to 1 kV) and High Voltage Insulated Overhead Lines (MV ABC Lines up to 10kV)” Tyco Electronics Simel produced. Provide trainings and technical support for cable accessories (Joints and Terminations) for the low and high voltage cable lines (0.4-110 kV) installation. Training and attestation of customer personnel in installation of the equipment manufactured by the company and issuing of an international certificates. Supervision of Installation cable accessories at the customer’s electric power stations and sub-stations. Arranging presentations, seminars and training sessions for the customer’s personnel in installation of cable accessories up to 245 kV voltage level in the company’s training center in Almaty, Kazakhstan; Cooperation with design institutes and providing training and seminars regarding methods of installing cable lines and cable accessories up to 245kV voltage level. Participation in activities of commissions for investigating cable lines and cable accessory problems. Consulting with customers on the issues of proper storage, transportation and installation of cable lines and cable accessories up to 245kV voltage level. Drawing up the instructions, cable accessory kitting, compiling instructions and recommendations for “Tyco Electronics Raychem GmbH” cable accessories installations. Provide for customers solutions for resolve technical problems in non-standard cable accessory application cases.

Support of the contracts for “ABB” LLP for the supplying of high voltage power equipment, cables and cable accessories manufactured by ABB plants. Installation, setup and test of ABB plants manufactured high-voltage power equipment, such us high voltage cable lines, power transformers, instrument transformers, gas insulated switchgears, high voltage circuit breakers, disconnectors, surge arresters. Technical documentation processing and design institutes consulting upon designing the power generating facilities involving high-voltage equipment manufactured by ABB plants.

Repair, maintenance and operation of electro-mechanical and power-generating company’s equipment including the power distribution systems, boiler equipment, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, hot and cold water supply equipment, compressed air production and distribution system and equipment, the above listed equipment automatic control systems. Maintenance and operation fire alarm and automatic fire-extinguishing systems. Commission and maintenance electrical equipment such as power and measuring transformers; lighting and power distribution boards, relay protection equipment, power and control cables, heat trace systems.
