 Development & issue of Inspection Test Plan (ITP), knowledge SNiPs, GOST, VSN, Technical requirements.  Carrying all civil inspections according to Inspection Test Plan, Specifications & SNiP.  Ensure development and publication of NCRs and Surveillance Reports to identify and gain resolution of discrepancies observed during construction phase.  Timely registering/preparation/sending of NFI with full information of upcoming inspection to Client including the Representatives of Technical Supervision, Design Supervision, Construction Team and others involved in the inspection.  Control of surveying results.  Ensure timely completion of quality inspection documents and expedite timely delivery to Document Turnover Team for compilation into System Dossiers. Ensure quality inspection documents correct completeness.  Quality inspection (control) performance of excavation works (condition of base and slope in terms of safety for performance of further works).  Checks and records atmospheric conditions as well as all other related conditions/checks prior to starting of work/inspection, during and after (where applicable).  Implementation of the inspection of the project activities, according to the schedule of inspection /management requirements, organization and implementation of test / inspection of compaction, on concrete samples (including sampling of concrete for testing).   Control of earthworks, selection and determination of the density and relative humidity of the soil and the soil for compliance with design requirements. (Proctor test, sieve analyst)  Control of for compliance and quality of formwork, reinforcing-wireframe work.  Control of the organization and carrying out of the concrete works checking quality of concrete and slump test, concrete samples (cube test).  Control of prefabrication of reinforced concrete foundations, driven piles, all reinforced concrete structure.  Checks and records atmospheric conditions as well as all other related conditions/checks prior to starting of work/inspection, during and after (where applicable).  Inspection of works on backfilling for conformance with project technology of work performance.  Verification of compliance of the production process, quality of work and identify deviations (inconsistencies) of the project, regulations and technical regulations. Development of measures to prevent the decline in the quality of the work undertaken.  Exercising control the hidden works acceptance, sight acts hidden works; provide status reports on the progress of inspections and tests of accounting, the definition of missing documents.  Implementation on behalf of the customer's technical supervision of civil works (earthworks, bored piles and driven piles, concrete works, fendolit, grout).  Preparation of quality documentation for the project. Control logging Legal and regulatory department. Knowledge of the requirements for certification and delivery of the project into operation according to Republican standards.  Organization of at the enterprise to develop, improve and implement quality systems to establish standards of the enterprise and monitoring compliance with them.  Compliance with internal working rules, instructions on labor protection, on fire safety, labor protection requirements, safety and fire protection requirements for the production of the object.
