Accountable for coordinating and managing various construction projects from concept to finish, reviewing construction projects, supervising workers, delegating tasks, liaising with clients, negotiation contracts, solving issues, monitoring project to ensure building and safety regulations, selecting appropriate tools and materials, tracking inventory, analyzing and mitigating risks, ensuring quality standards, meeting contractual conditions and reviewing the project before its delivery;  Coordinating with engineers during the planning and design phase to ensure that construction plans meet code requirements;  Managing all aspects of a construction project, including scheduling work crews and subcontractors, arranging for materials and supplies, and ensuring that work is completed according to schedule and within budget;  Overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and subcontractors, ordering materials and resolving disputes;  Ensure that the construction teams are adequately resourced;  Ensure that contractual deliverables are produced and issued on time and in compliance with the clients requirements;  Ensure adherence to the procedures for material, labour and equipment procurement and timely placed and delivered.

• Ensure project scope and execution plan are sufficiently defined for a successful and predictable outcome and confirmation that the business case is robust. • Participated in Project assurance events (FaTR, Constructability, Operations, HSE, CESAP, CSRA, contract strategy, VAR ”phase-gate”). Prepared and participated in independent peer reviews to ensure thoroughness of FEED and readiness for execution. • Resolved design and construction issues. Represented KMG’s interests at partner reviews. • Coordinated development of project drawings and engineering documentations, as well as the procurement of materials, and construction planning and execution. • Led the effort to generate KMG cost estimation and schedule own database. • Organized, plan, and supported the development of Karachaganak field major projects: o Installation of additional gas injection compressor package with a new flare system, utilities and installation of new 24” pipeline. ~$650MM. o Karachaganak Gas De-Bottlenecking project is to add further gas processing capacity, to optimize the production from the wells connected to the existing gathering system. ~$1.2B. o Karachaganak Expansion project is aimed to maximize the value from oil production through optimization and extension of the oil production plateau.~$1.7B. • Tengiz and Korolev fields major projects: o Crude Shipment Capacity project. Installation of new manifold station, external floating roof tanks, fixed roof tank and pumps. ~$530MM. o Installation of aquifer wells, each with an electrical submersible pump, aquifer water pipelines, water injection pump each set comprises of horizontal pumping system. ~$266MM. o Installation of low-pressure wells, gathering system, fuel gas and technical water pipelines, substation, optimization of well pad and meter station design. ~$522MM.

• Managed various projects incorporating all stages of project development from concept study and feasibility through to detailed design and execution. • Successfully managed all phases, including project framing, alternatives assessment and preliminary engineering, detailed design and field execution. Successfully managed project costs, completed activities within the budget, as result had no policy violation and overspending.
