Responsibilities as a General Manager are described, but not limited by the following activities: - Administrative, disciplinary, material liability and in certain cases stated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan criminal liability, - Ensuring compliance with the law in the Company's activities, use of legal means for management and operation. Monitoring and compliance of all requirements of state bodies to ensure safe operation of the Company within the framework of the law. - Representation of the Company's interests in government bodies and other Companies - Managing issues related to the Company's financial, economic and production activities, control of the Company's status on tax and mandatory payments to the budget - Control and monitoring the provisions of all necessary types of insurance for employees, dedicated contract insurances and bank guarantees - Managing required steps for obtaining necessary licenses, certificates and permit to works - Ensuring the provision of qualified personnel, the effective use and development of their professional knowledge and experience, ensuring of safe labor conditions, regulation of social and labor relations in the team, - Together with Business Development Manager ensuring key accounts relations development, organization of presentations for Clients. - Participation in pre-qualification processes in order to be included to a list of potential service providers. - Preparation of competitive package of tender documents. - Negotiation with a potential partners. - Managing of a projects budgets - Managing and Control of all necessary steps for a mobilization/demobilization of personnel for each project (visa support, work permits, migration requirements, necessary certificates, logistic support, security, accommodation, all necessary types of insurance including medical, administrative support, provision of PPE according to the requirements of specific production site) - Internal weekly meetings.
