PR of the 3-years Central Asian program, focused on strengthening of civil society organizations and development of collaboration and networking. Duties: - Development of media relations strategy, coordination of all public relations activities, monitoring and coordination of regional PR team activities; - Planning, control on PMEP indicators’ success achievement and preparing of quarterly and annual report; - Preparing printing and multimedia DRC promotional materials; - Development of the Interactive Community: New Technologies for Non-Profits website (http://cso-central.asia) - Organizing (as a member of team) of DRC events such as conferences, trainings, study tours, teleconferences. Organizing of webinars; - Trainings for NGOs on media relationships and communication strategies topics. Participated in trainings: «Organizational Development of NGOs», «Leadership and Management», «Networking and Public Campaigns», «SMM», «Summer School of Financial Sustainability». Study tours: “Financial Sustainability of NGOs”, “Success Strategies of Women Leadership”.

- Implementation of PR activities, development of mass-media relations, preparing applications for film festivals, organizing of journalists visits on the shooting sets. - Additional duties during film shooting period – member of Film Director department. Preparing of script related documentation, support to Art department and etc. - Premier screening of the first Kazakhstan 3D-film “Returning to the “A” by Egor Mikhalkov-Konchalovsky. Was responsible for the PR-campaign, which included publications at newspapers and magazines, TV and radio advertisement, promotion in social media and Internet, special screening of the film for Afganistan War veterans and reporters. - Promotion of “The Lottery” film, directed by Damir Manabai. The film was screened in 2012.

Organization of the Press Center activity before/during/after the festival (events, interviews, publications).

I was invited to this position to organize the activity of the Press Center, which is responsible for relations with mass media organizations, advertising materials, different kinds of text documents, carrying out activities aimed at informing the public about the company and the establishment of positive public opinion. I achieved a goal to improve relations between Kazakhfilm Studio and media outlets, established monitoring and analysis of publications. Our department has worked on media coverage of 7 premiere film screenings. Have been held more than 15 press-conferences. I introduced the innovation as visiting film shooting sets by reporters, that made the filming process more transparent and interesting for journalists and much improved relationship with them. Competition was held for journalists on the best media coverage of the company.
