- Managed welding subcontractor: led negotiations, supervised execution, ensured quality compliance, and coordinated with construction. - Supervised 20-engineer team: allocated tasks, tracked performance, ensured deadline adherence, and reported directly to project leadership. - Control Method Statements, Test Packs, TQ’s, CWP and IWP drawings, PRF and responsible all transmittals and submissions as required by the project. - Management of change, documentation development/management, checking the request for materials. - Interfacing with Operations, Construction, HSE, RA departments as well as with NCOC clients. - Full process of support and control of project documentations, E&I, pipeline/ mechanical, сivil, welding. - Set up new office from scratch: managed furniture procurement, design approval, an installation to ensure full operational readiness.

- Conduct training courses, trainings and induction trainings. - Compiled weekly/monthly HSE reports, including man-hours, inspections, and trend analysis (HEART-London system). - Conducted site inspections and compliance audits in high-risk zones (e.g. sandblasting, insulation). - Participated in incident investigations and promoted PPE compliance across work sites. - Took part in HSE committee activities and contributed to the implementation of internal safety procedures.
