Mortgage/Loan Prospector (Re-platform Fraud) Small Loans The application Small Loans was used to accept loans data from the sellers in the csv file and the data gets loaded into the database thru a secured front-end http system. The data goes thru a series of validations and then loaded into the appropriate tables. After the data gets loaded into the correct tables the loans are pooled based upon which depository they belong. Then the loans are funded after we check the passed the pooling rules. I was involved in the whole backend testing validating the Amortization schedules, Apartment units, Debt coverage ratio values (DCR), LTV and the secured front-end system. The Loss Mitigation Tool helps to review and underwrite loan workouts according to applicable investor and Government Agency guidelines, provides lenders the information they need to make consistent, fair and reliable lending decisions with greater ease than ever before. The fraud management part of the system is used to detect fraud in the loan applications. GFX Pro GFX Pro is a FX Trade entry application. It contains FX Spot, FWD, WindowFwd, NDF, MCA, SWAP, Special Entry, Postran Product Entry trade screens. Trades are entered in GFX, and are in Opics after successful submission. There are two roles by which trades are entered as Specialist and Trader Trades can be Amended, Reversed, Cloned, and Cancelled. GFX also contains Order Board where orders are placed for different currencies. GFX Simplification The proposed solution is to provide a single code-base for the FX Value Date logic that can be leveraged by partners and to provide a FX Value Date Service via a consistent Client Interface. GTM IMS - The basic functionality of Global Transaction Manager / Investment Manager Services was to process the middle office tasks in order to provide and facilitate real time internal and global Straight Through Processing (STP). This project comprises of five functional components - Trade Capture, Trade Validation, Trade Confirmation, Trade Settlement and Trade Notification to Custodians and interested third parties. It receives transaction details from the Client through the TIMS interface.
