Providing desktop support: Install, move and track End user computing equipment ; - Supporting remote users; - Technical support during WebEx meetings and meetings in VC Rooms; - Performing maintenance and repairment of IT equipment, replacing parts; - Installing operating systems, applications on user desktops and laptops in accordance to company standards and procedures. - Troubleshoot standard applications such as MS Office, etc. and Windows 10 Operating System issues; - Connection to LAN and Wi-Fi networks, troubleshoot various network issues, perform port activation; - Maintenance and configuration Windows Installation System based on SCCM.

- Installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, stand-alone printers and network printers - Manage users in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange (create and manage accounts, set up e-mail accounts) - Administration and support of Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012 servers which included Active Directory, Group Policy, MS IIS

- Level 1 and Level 2 support - User Support (Software installation, hardware support and maintenance) - Installation and configuration bank client - ATM Installation and troubleshooting - Imaging/Re-Imaging end user desktop and laptop machines - Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users - Hardware and Software upgrades - WEB Sites/Corporate network/Accountant bases configuration - Monitor, analyze and address reliability and performance issues. - Manage IT/Telecoms equipment inventory - Disposing EOL (End Of Life) IT hardware - Decommission/Dispose of end of life or broken equipment - Sending broken equipment under warranty to vendor - Analyzing problems, develop creative solutions and assess risks/benefits. - Working with 3rd level support group to assist with application design/development/upgrade testing and implementation.
