Since then we run two companies, operating in Kazakhstan. We have retained key clients of Panda Advertising, kept the business running through two major crises.

Providing strategic and research advice for all agency accounts. Developing creative recommendation for major pitches and campaigns of the agency. Implementing proprietary research on consumer psychography, that was used in day-to-day development of creative materials. Agency won around 80% of pitches that I was developing strategic part for.

Assisting in client service for agency key accounts. Responsibilities included managing agency resources (designers, copywriters) to deliver on clients' requests. I had experience with different industries: Banking, Insurance, Mobile and Telco

I was in charge of doing research on current matters of the Administration, preparing analytic materials. By the end of period I was invited to work for Administration as a full-time employee.

I was in charge administrating debate program in universities in Kazakhstan. My responsibilities included development of educational materials, facilitating educational seminars, organizing national tournaments among university students. I started with no debate program in the universities in Kazakhstan and ended up with full-scale running debate program in all major cities and universities of Kazakhstan. Winners of national debate tournaments qualified for international debate tournaments and achieved entering semi-finals of international debate tournaments.
