• To act as a Lead person for controlling documentation -QC/RA/DCC/Commissioning Turnover documentation in the department.  Supervise Turnover controller, QC assistant and DCC about the steps to be followed for completing QA/QC documentation and coordinate with RA Engineer to complete all documentation Prepare Turnover dossier/Comm packs according to client procedures.  Follow directions from SC Area Electrical Lead to complete tasks in line with client requirements.  Must be able to handle documentation, filing and record keeping, in engineering outfits.  Must be able to work with computers utilising Microsoft Windows and Office suite of packages.  Assist for preparation and review of Loop folders according to the Job Package  Assist for preparation and Updating check list/ QVD Matrix according to client completion system requirements.  Registering and maintaining the status of completed QVDs and filing the QVDs into the appropriate folders/Comm packs.  Make sure Test Equipment registers, monitoring calibration validity and filing valid certificates into the appropriate folder.  Monitor drawing and other Incoming/Outgoing project document registers and make sure site engineers and Inspectors received latest revision of documents.  Make sure daily report of QC/DCC/RA/Turnover activities updated daily manpower and progress reporting file.  All completion and Tracking registers to be updated correctly in time  Make sure all QA/QC/DCC/ RA/Turnover data base and registers are up to date.  Verifying the traceability of the QA/QC records in databases  Control Material incoming control inspection registers and coordinate with RA for all construction and verification logs are updated and completed as per regulatory requirements to close Turnover dossiers /Comm packs.  Make sure all Turnover dossiers/Comm Packs are assembled in line with client turnover procedure and MC Plus requirements.  To lead preparation of Turnover Dossiers/Comm packs and handing over to the client in time according to system priorities.  Coordinate with client completion/Turnover team for the final approval and handing over all documentations for MC  Compare the client McPlus and completion management system to make sure that KKTS QVD/Comm packs are prepared as per client completion system.  Update Turnover dossiers registers and monitor system dossiers are completed in line with client priorities.  Attend Meetings with client according to project requirements, Prepare all reports and to be presented in meeting (Internal/External) to make sure the data presented in the meeting is accurate and clear to everyone  Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports of KKTS completion status for the project’s according to client requirements.  Make sure the Quality of issued documents/Dossiers, in terms of templates, numbering, revision, contents, purpose etc. as per client procedure.  Follow Subcontractor /vendor documentation and make sure it is available to complete KKTS dossiers/Comm packs in time.  Supervision and coordination of records of engineering information activities related to: management of change, technical queries, RA documents/ RIM, engineering correspondence, engineering process and integrity and timely completion asper client requirements.  Follow Kent IMS and all client applicable codes, standards, procedures and working practices  The integrity of the contract document management system is maintained.  Documentation and technical data are handed over to Client in accordance with agreed requirements.  Perform the key role as described within the company Policies and Statement and for the implementation of programmers aimed at attaining zero accidents at work.

• Coordinate the EPC Contractor to make sure that the development and implementation of the Project’s Systems Completion database meets the technical and schedule requirements. • Identify system completion requirements for each Project and developing Systems Completion Plans • Provide technical training/roll out to the EPC contractor and Project team on Systems Completion management database development and implementation • Liaise and agree with Project & EPC Contractor team the Commissioning Sub System limit boundary drawings to be utilized by the Project. • Provide support and guidance to the Execution Contractors in the use of Project Completion System resolving any issues raised against functionality. • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of Execution Contractor information relative to ITR/CLs, punch lists uploaded into the Project Completion System. • Provide hands on support in ensuring the correct preparation and acceptance of Execution Contractors Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning dossiers against the requirements of approved Company Procedures. • Act as Focal point between EPC Contractor, Project Team and Department for Handover Acceptance Certificate Coordinate and participate in walkdowns during Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases, subsequent punch lists raised against walkdowns and ensuring the accurate information uploaded into Project Completion System. • Coordinate between the EPC Contractor and Project team, the Handover Certificate Acceptance from Mechanical, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Completion through to final handover of facilities to Department. • Coordinate between the EPC Contractor and Project Team the development of statistical (Detail & Summary) reports for issue to the Project Management Team(s) • Review Close-Out documentation received from EPC Contractor • Review and validate documentations to facilitate formal system Handover to Operation • Provide support and guidance to Department in completing complete the outstanding items remaining after the handover from Project to Production and record the items in the Completions database • Review engineering drawings from Engineering Company (C0X Rev), SOW, Contractor Staff Contact List, Line List, Cable List, Valve List & Instrument List • Review drawings, arrange by discipline • Review SOW • System Limit drawings preparation (systemization).​ • Define with the CSU team the system/sub-system limits • Create new system/sub-system for each limited area as per Company sub-system coding instructions • Mark up the P&IDs with new system/sub-system limits • Provide Marked-Up Commissioning System Limit Drawings and New system/sub-system List • Critical Joint Marked-Up Drawings preparation (identification and numbering of Critical Joints)​ • Define with the Company Completion Team piping lines commodity code criticality • Mark up the Critical Lines ISOs with JIM Joints • Upload in EDMS • Start data population (tag list spreadsheet).​ • Generate ITRs by discipline and provide them to Contractor or other execution party • Interface between project team and the Contractor for ITRs completion • Conduct 3 party walkdown • Create Engineering DCRFs (Data Change Request Form) if required • Execute Engineering DCRFs (Data Change Request Form) where applicable • Generate MC/PC/CC Certificates and provide them to Contractor or other execution party

• Organize and perform commissioning work of all kinds of equipment in accordance with the methodological, regulatory and other guidance material on the organization of pre-commissioning work, ensure its timely commissioning. • Make programs and calendar schedules for commissioning and testing, to coordinate them with customers. • Prepare measuring instruments and apparatus for work, to perform metrological control. • Organize work of personnel and provide a rational consumption of raw materials required for commissioning of equipment and systems in operation and ensuring the technological process continuation during commissioning. • Organize and ensure the quality of works, make the necessary adjustments in the ways and methods of setting up in order to achieve the required parameters and characteristics of the equipment and systems, and readjust them. • Analyze the measurements of the performance parameters, perform the necessary calculations and provide opinions if individual parts, assemblies, mechanisms and systems fit for work, identify the reasons for their failure. • Initiate works for the elimination of equipment defects revealed during commissioning. • Keep technical documentation during installation, commissioning and testing of equipment, participate in the acceptance of the equipment for operation, preparation of acceptance documentation, investigation of accidents, deficiencies at work, equipment damage, and development of activities aimed at their prevention. • Instruct the operating personnel on the rules for operation of equipment and systems being setup. • Facilitate the introduction of achievements in domestic and foreign science, technology and best practices of commissioning works. • Supervise employees involved in commissioning, and ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements in accordance with the type of work performed.
