- Monitor subsystem/system progress in coordination with SC Coordinator and conduct subsystem walk down - Uploading RLMU drawings in e-WD Dossier - Responsible for delivery (Construction to MC) of their assigned subsystems - Attend the MC walk down - Agree on the categorization of punch items and responsible for closing PL following SC punch list closeout procedure. Also, accountable to resolve disputed punch items - Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, QC, Certification and RA

- Conduct daily meetings with the Mechanical System Completion team to update QVDs, open Punches - Conduct Pre-Walkdown, Walkdown indentify and elimination Punches, preparing necessary documents for conduct Pre-Walkdown and Walkdown (Notice and Pack Index, Systemazed drawings, Redlines, Final Punch List) - Conduct weekly Punch List Closure meeting - Close out Punch list, outstanding QVDs

- Improve and analyze the progress of construction works - Training the construction team of effective use of the progress board - Conduct daily meetings with the construction team to update production plans and discuss further work fronts - Conduct weekly meetings on the progress of construction work with the participation of persons directly responsible for the work (Site manager, construction foreman of contracting companies) - Provide weekly and monthly updates to company and contractor management. - Providing reports to the Company's Management of materials flow

- Enable and facilitate a production team to create and update daily production plans using CVX|PM - Facilitate the development and ongoing updating of production schedules (weekly/monthly) with participation from those directly responsible for the work (e.g., construction managers, superintendent, foremen) - Support the implementation and process of controlling onsite supply flows for selected materials to the point of installation using CVX|PM - Enable work optimization for the effective completion of milestones through analysis and reporting of CVX|PM production analytics - Provide weekly and monthly updates to company and contractor management.
