• Support the assurance and verification aspects of the implementation of the IIF program. • Interaction with the IIF coordinators, JMJ team at Tengiz oilfield and corresponding IIF supervisors, IIF coordinators and IIF mentors on site at the Business Partners for planning and implementation of the IIF program to plan and implement targeted engagement. • Supporting the site BB IIF leadership team in IIF activities and Employee Recognition and Appreciation Programs, V&V walkarounds with management participation. • Managing the 3GP R&A Program - identifying the need and the volume of gifts stock; placing orders, expediting the orders; keeping records and reporting on the issuance.
