• Work with the Chief of Party (COP) to establish and oversee financial management systems, procedures and controls and ensure program operations comply with all relevant EF and Kazakhstan financial practices, record-keeping and reporting requirements; • Ensure program procurement follows EF policies and regulations and oversee the implementation of the program’s contracting and grantmaking activities; • Supervise Accountants, Contracts and Grants Managers, Regional HR Manager and Administrative Assistant; • Oversee day-to-day implementation of the program budget, accounting and meet donor reporting requirements; • Ensure all costs incurred under the cooperative agreement are regularly tracked and analyzed. Monitor program costs, prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with EF HQ regulations; • Provide regular and timely updates to local, regional and US based management team on all activities, including expenditure and budget forecasts; • Maintain strict confidentiality of all privileged information regarding human resources and fiscal matters; • Serve as an internal comptroller, review documents for completeness and accuracy and serve as the main contact for annual internal and external audits; • Provide program staff with information regarding financial aspects of their daily work and consult implementing partners, as needed; • Coordinate closely with EF headquarters finance staff to ensure compliance with EF and donor policies and procedures; - Work in program NAV, Business Central, 1C - accounting and finance; - Work in all tabs of 1C, submission of all tax and statistical declaration and reports;

- Analysis of the financial and economic condition of the enterprise and the results of its activities; - Regularly reviews, analyzes of company's financial performance to provide information related to historical and projected trends, time and budget limitations of funding sources; - Carrying out activities aimed at ensuring the solvency of the enterprise, preventing the formation and elimination of unused material and technical resources, increasing the profitability of production, increasing profits, reducing costs for the production and sale of products (services), strengthening financial discipline; - Development of financial plans for promising facilities, cash budgets, revenue and expense budgets; - Development of methods for regulating the financial results of the production activities of the enterprise (determination of optimal options for the formation of elements of production costs, cost allocation, pricing, etc.); - Ensuring the targeted use of own and borrowed funds; - Analysis of budget execution, management and accounting reporting on the financial activities of the enterprise; - Monitoring of P&L and Cash Flow with accounting data; - Work with foreign companies in franchises, calculation of royalties reporting; - Analysis of tax burden, tax payments.

- Budget planning and budget execution control. - Development of production and financial plans. - Development of a methodology for calculating the cost of services. - Strategic planning, modeling and short-term forecasting of key budget indicators and development of recommendations for decisions in the company's product line based on the dynamics of sales and marginal profit of the products. - Participation in the implementation of automation of management accounting and reporting. - Establishment of targets based on technical and economic standards for material and labor costs. - Coordination of activities of all divisions of the enterprise for the preparation of long-term plans of activities. - Identification and use of reserves. - Conducting a comparative analysis of the performance indicators of the enterprise. - Ensuring the mode of saving material resources at the enterprise. - Preparation of periodic enterprise reporting and analytical materials. - Analyzes and records monthly and quarterly estimates of accrued expenditures. - Work closely in budget program Cognos, close up the monthly period, reconciliation with budget expenses, identification the significat deviations.

- Daily maintenance of payments in the 1C system; - Work in the Internet banking of the “Halyk Bank” for legal entities on payments; - Control over the cost of the bank's services for transferring payments; - Request for financing of the branch in the ERA program; - Timely reflection of expenses on wages and other deductions in the 1C Enterprise system; - Timely transfer of wages to card accounts for company employees; - Provision of certificates and pay sheets on the accrued wages to employees of the company; - Calculation of holidays, compensations to laid-off employees and other company costs in the 1C system; - Accounting of deductions from wages on execution sheets, various penalties on the basis of letters - decisions from the court; - Accounting for deductions from wages for unpaid advances issued to employees for business trips, for the purchase of goods and materials; - Receipt and write-off of inventory of the branch; - Calculation and make payments of travel expenses for employees; - Verification of the initial documents of the advance report; - Formation of advance reports on travel expenses; - Monitoring of travel expenses; - Work with regulations, instructions, orders and contracts for company services and work related to the department; - Calculation of property taxes, transport taxes, environmental fees, social tax, pension contributions and social insurance; - Filing of the declaration on property tax, social tax, pension contributions and social insurance (Form 200).

- Annual and quarterly report on the budget of subsidiaries and banks; - Support the performed budget with sufficient documentation of projected expenses by category and fund account, listed in budget; - Review of monthly reports and reports on the budget execution of subsidiaries and banks, identification of significant deviations and providing information to Director; - Formation of monthly and annual plans of expenses for security and encashment services of the Bank; - Checking and calculating monthly security and encashment services, posting and reconciliation of monthly payments for these services in the ORACLE program; - Work with Bank memos in the Lotus Notes program; - Counting tariffs by branches for security and encashment services; - Work with the consolidated financial statements of the Bank and with the financial statements of subsidiaries and banks; - Review of the consolidated financial statements of the Bank in the format of business segments of subsidiaries and banks.

- Yearly and quarterly audit of the Banks and financial institutions; - Completion of the audit programs, audit working papers; - Collecting information from the Banks; - Concluding the report on Board Minutes of Board of Directors, Management Boards and, Shareholders; - Completion of the Financial Statements in according to IFRS; - Completion of the Financial Statements with related disclosures.

- Collecting and preparing documents for issuing the ID cards and passports; - Working duties in archive and card index departments; - Input new data into a database of the Administration.

- Providing a presentation to the students of the high schools on economics and entrepreneurship; - Help students to understand the main functions in economics.

- Appraisal of the Bank’s pledge, especially houses, flats and cars. All appraisals were been completed with comparative methods ; - The completion of the appraisal agreements and forming the clients’ files; - Preparing the appraisal reports and backing.
