Responsible for project engineering and construction management activities all around Dollinoe, Kariman, Emir, Aksaz oilfields. The position is charged with the following:  Determines the engineering policy and prospects of technical development under the conditions of market economy, area to re-build and upgrade the existing production facilities, level of specialization and diversification of production operations with the aim to promptly respond, insure mobility and profitability of assets.  Exercises management over the respective structural services and is responsible for the efficiency and performance of those.  Directs and coordinates the operations of the project team, resolves various administrative issues within the limits of his/her competence; complies with duties under the general guidance of the deputy director E &C in the organization and in cooperation with managers of other divisions, groups and services.  Insures the appropriate level of technical conditions of production equipment operations and sustainable growth of them, works to enhance the labor force efficiency and productivity, with same time reducing the production costs (materials, finance, labor force), rational usage of production resources, adequate quality and competitiveness of the products, works or services, conformity of the manufactured products with the applicable standards, technical specifications, etc.,  Manages work of designing the actions plan, in accordance with approved medium and long-term business plans to reconstruct and upgrade the production facilities the guidelines being to prevent and mitigate the harmful impact of the facilities onto environment, use the natural resources with due care, pursue safe labor conditions and improve the technical culture of the production operations in whole.

Responsible for project and engineering management activities on Field Development projects all around different oilfields in the compnay. The position is charged with the following:  Exercises control over adherence to norms of designing, engineering and technological discipline, health and safety rules, industrial safety standards, fire safety regulations, legislation on ecology and environmental protection, industrial sanitary norms, requirements of environmental, sanitary and other regulatory bodies authorized to supervise the business operations.  Insures the technical documentation has been prepared in time (drawings, specifications, technical conditions, work flowcharts).  Implemented project management of the immediate execution of works of oilfield construction project management, engineering, capital construction, renovation, modernization, expansion and overhaul facilities;  Organized of development projects, long-term, medium-term and current plans for capital construction, preparation of bids for construction materials and equipment; Fully handover and support to Operation Department for running the new Facilities  Oversaw the implementation and execution of projects in accordance with the approved schedule of projects;  Implement given scopes of work in time, within budget and with agreed quality

The position is charged with the following:  Reviews performed hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems, pipelines, flowlines in steady state and transient operation  Assesses processes, manages Design house progress and evaluates project design and changes of PID, PFD, and HAZOP.  Develops best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of process output and contributes to operational manual and commissioning plans

Responsible for development and construction management activities on Capital Construction projects activates all around Karazhanbas oilfield. The position is charged with the following:  Responsible for coordination of all required procedures with the State Authorities on acceptance of facilities completed by construction;  Provision of technical support to contractors, organization and coordination of all works related to field development;  Supervises work of the designing and engineering companies to develop new equipment and operating practices/techniques, reconstruct (upgrade) the organization’ facilities and its divisions, to renovate and upgrade the equipment, all round mechanization and automation of production processes.  Initiates implementation of technical modernization projects designed by third parties and prepare the purchase requisitions for the required equipment.  Preparation of required documents, organization and participation in tenders.

The position is charged with the following:  Foreman supervises daily yard operations such as welding, fitting fabrication, and general labor tasks required for timely delivery, installation, and pick up of Company products.  Plans and schedules all deliveries, installations, and equipment returns.  Maintain adequate rental inventory levels of fittings, pipe, pumps, and tank parts and equipment necessary to satisfy customer demand.  Assures the maintenance and repair of rental fleet, trucks, trailers, forklifts, as well as any other yard machinery.

Responsible for assembling and installing pipe systems, pipe supports, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Primary responsibilities:  Coordinate with job with welding foreman to configure pipe system layout.  Order proper pipes and other materials.  Assemble materials at job site.  Select type and size of pipe.  Cut, thread, and hammer pipes according to pipe system specs.
