Create and maintain the FGP IR Management Information database  Assist with the analyses and identification of important and relevant IR related information, establish likely causes of problems, potential IR risks to the project and report / escalate as appropriate  Collate and maintain Management Information and Statistical Reports  Assist and support the IR Team to collate and prepare management information reports and statistics, relevant to the management of the project  Assist with design and preparation of presentations and training material  Update IR page in the SharePoint as per requirements  Monitor the access of all members of FGP IR Team in IAMPortal and provide access on a regular basis  Provide required Training to Team members regarding any changes in the Information System;  Prepare and submit the Monthly IR Reports to the FGP IR Manager as per the deadline requirements  Request and receive data from FGP IR Site Teams in order to update the IR Reports  Ad-hoc and/or infrequent analysis of data and drafting of reports required in order to effectively manage IR risks  Assist with arrangements and preparation of meetings, training courses, workshops etc  Provide administrative and functional support to the FGP IR Manager  Assist and conduct HR/Payroll audits as requested  Assist with capturing and collating of audit findings, results  Maintain, update and manage the Industrial Relations Dashboard  Prepare management information reports as requested  Assist FGP IR team to establish and maintain a healthy IR culture on the project  Promptly respond to any information / early warning indicators, which may pose an IR risk / potential risk to the project and action as appropriate

 Introduces and updates the personal data within E1 system as per the business requirements in compliance with the rules of personal data processing, management and protection etc.  Introduces the personal data into ID Credential (Lenel) system to arrange Company badge as per the business requirements in compliance with the rules of personal data processing, management and protection etc.  Responsible for integrity and credibility of the date within Company and Chevron systems (JDE E1, Lenel etc.) while issuing new badges and reissuing old ones  Observes the rules and requirements when issuing badges and managing the access levels to the facilities.  Able to reveal gaps within the process and identify potential risks in order to report timely to the Technical Group Supervisor.  Should know the structure of facility access level; be aware of risks related with physical access into critical sites and be aware of access control procedures  Demonstrate high level of communication skills at all levels;  Develop professional skills when working with critical systems;  Report all conflict situations and incidents to the management  Timely respond to the operational requests (e-mail \ phone requests etc.).

 Control and grant access to TCO security sites TCO; Providing personnel and vehicles with authorized access to the security territory  Timely respond to the operational requests (e-mail/phone requests, etc.).  Process data of received requests in corpore: examine the request in detail, make sure in fullness of received data, get the answers on all required questions, get required approvements from appropriate authorised persons, issue visitor badges under ID papers or add access to TCO badge in Lenel system.  Do not consider requests designed in improper way or with incomplete data, recommend re-filing.  While issuing temporary passes: Inform visitor about affirmed visitor badges using rules while issuing visitor badges.  Every day control and accounts issued temporary badges and timely makes changes in requests & data base.  Know the types and patterns of badges for staff and motor vehicles, giving right to pass and stay on the territory of facilities, as well as the procedure of using TCO material passes  Report all conflict situations and incidents to the supervisor  Organize the manufacture and cancellation passes for vehicles and workers organizations
