Monitor compliance in the company's divisions with legislative and other regulatory legal acts on labor protection, for the provision of employees with established benefits and compensation for working conditions, to study working conditions at workplaces, to prepare and make proposals for the development and implementation of more advanced designs of protective equipment, safety and locking devices, and other means of protection against the effects of hazardous and harmful production factors, participate in inspections, surveys of the technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment, machinery and mechanisms, the effectiveness of ventilation systems, the condition of sanitary devices, sanitary facilities, collective and individual protection of workers, determining their compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on labor protection and safety, as well as in identifying violations that pose a threat to the life and health of workers or may lead to an accident, take measures to stop the operation of machinery, equipment and work in the workshops, on the sites, at the workplace, to participate in the development of measures for the prevention of occupational diseases and accidents at work, to improve working conditions and bring them into compliance with the requirements provided for by regulatory legal acts on labor protection, as well as to provide organizational assistance for the implementation of the developed measures, to monitor the timeliness of the necessary tests and technical inspections of the condition of equipment, machinery and mechanisms by the relevant services, compliance with schedules for measuring the parameters of hazardous and harmful production factors, supervision and control of compliance with applicable norms, rules and instructions on labor protection, labor safety standards in the production process.

Monitoring compliance with safe working conditions, fire safety, industrial sanitation, environmental protection of the company's facilities, as well as contractors in accordance with legislative and other regulatory legal acts, procedures, work permits, rules and instructions on safety and labor protection, carrying out inspections at the workplaces of contractors (when working with lifting mechanisms, work in a confined space, work at height, welding and gas-flame work, work with electrified tools, work during the installation and dismantling of scaffolding) in order to identify violations to prevent injuries to working personnel, as well as the study of workplaces to improve labor protection, safety and fire safety at the construction site, identification of dangerous and harmful factors, reduction of risks of work performed by employees of the contractor organization in the development of safe working methods, as well as control over the fulfillment of safety requirements by employees according to the work permit, coordination and control over the implementation of the work plan at the contractor's facilities.

Conducting introductory instruction on labor protection, safety and environmental protection for new employees, business travelers and visitors at the facility, conducting briefings (targeted, repeated and unscheduled), providing assistance on labor protection and safety to work producers during the briefing before the start of work, risk assessment, inspection of hazardous production sites, control over the implementation and implementation of safe working methods, supervision of working conditions at workplaces, the presence of an appropriate protective system and equipment, safety signs, safety devices and other means of protection on them, assistance in the inspection of fire-fighting equipment and equipment for protection against spills into the environment, inspection of sites and workplaces, inspection of vehicles and special equipment, compliance with all requirements of labor protection, industrial safety, road safety and environmental protection of the company, according to internal procedures, client procedures and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
