• Work under the guidance of the MEI Planning Lead and Construction Manager to assist and advise TCO team in relation to project schedule. • Responsible for working with Contractor to develop and update their detailed schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage, correct sequencing and prioritizing, resourcing and logic links and constraints of the full work scope. • Assisting in the review and approval of Contractors schedules and progress reports • Analyze Contractors schedule, progress and performance to identify weaknesses, trends and potential for schedule slip. Prepare and recommend mitigations as required. • Input into the Management of Change processes including impact analysis • Support the progress verification process • Develop and maintain detailed progress reports and associated graphical representations as required. • Review of the Contractors schedules to identify Critical Path activities • Assist in the update of TCO Level 2 and 3 schedules as required. • Actively participate in and support TCO’s IIF and Safe a Life prevention programs to improve safety performance • Adopt a One TCO Approach

Take part in preparing the Work Lists of jobs that need to be done during turnarounds and Annual MEJ Work Lists; coordination of works with the Operations, Inspections, Process and Projects Reps. Check works for compliance with the TA philosophy. Monitor if data are correctly filled in the work list and E1 system. Prepare and store job packs, drawings, photos and other documents for every work. Track down scope changes and timely make notes in the Work List and E1 system. Define activities that require engineering. Monitor these works starting from work request submission until the work is done Prepare work schedules and load resources in Primavera schedules. Walk-rounds of work sites with TA coordinators, reps from the other depts, contractors, responsible for work execution, for better optimization of work schedules Prepare schedules SCS schedules for units with download of resources in Primavera jointly with the Ops representatives. Define optimum time frames for handing equipment over to maintenance and duly update the schedules Prepare schedules and monitor progress in works performed by the Zone and Central Maintenance during execution of TA and SP projects. Carry out general analysis upon completion of all works. Prepare summaries on the basis of E1 and Primavera data for the management, covering durations, costs and resources during the past periods. Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports and tables in Microsoft Excel or Access formats using the summary data received.

Set up robust planning practices on site, ensuring that all key functions have integrated the planning dimension and have assigned representatives to drive the process; give real time vision of the Production Status; prepare different scenario for the coming 36 months according to inputs provided by management; workload analysis for the critical resources, including engineering and suppliers; identify potential bottlenecks (internal and external) and propose options to remove them; Master Plan Scheduling; reports on a monthly basis to industrial director all planning related KPI and provide result analysis.

Responsibility for all inspection related activities in the assigned area or the branch of inspection function. Prepare overall and comprehensive inspection reports and resolve major problems related to material failures, high corrosion potentials and quality concerns. Recommend and implement material upgrades and modification to process equipment and revise inspection engineering procedures as needed. To put information of inspections in SAP System according to requirements. To create an inspection Monthly/Year Plan by Units with tables and diagrams. Revising the system with new issued information in SAP R3 / SAP Blueprint.
