Based in Tengichevroil Headquarters • Monitoring the availability of goods in stock and timely replenishment; • Analyze and compare pricing proposals from several trusted suppliers before negotiating terms and prices to obtain the best deal for the company; • Arranging Commercial and Technical evaluation of offers with end user; • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries; • Issuance of Purchase Orders in Ariba System; • Total control of the process until the order is delivered to end user. • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness • Control spend and build a long-term saving on procurement costs. • Managing 2 (two) inside sales representatives and 2 (two) expeditors.

• Control over the reception and processing of customer’s request for quotation, orders, execution of necessary documents; • Managing 4 (four) inside sales representatives; • Coordinate sales department to meet deadlines; • Find out the customers' needs for products sold by the company, and coordinate orders with the client in accordance with its needs and availability of the assortment; • Participate in the development and implementation of projects related to the activities of the sales department • Keep records on sales and shipments of customers’ orders. • Plan and track (or airfreight) for the shipment of ready orders according to customer requirements (EXW FCA, DDP terms); • Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible;

• Process requests/orders from customer: prepare commercial offer, delivery note, invoice in 1C; • Work on tenders documents and its submission; • Conclude contracts with customer; • Work with SAP program to create quotation/sales order/invoice for special projects; • Monthly Sales Report.

• Accept documents and applications for Manager signature; • Prepare official letters, requests and other documents. • Prepare all necessaries for meeting of managers; • Organizing travel by booking and reservations needs as required
