• Coaching Business Partner (BP) Productivity Engineers (PE's) during daily production planning sessions including confirmation of completed activities and next day planning. • Confirming root causes for not completed activities (if applicable) for continuous improvement purposes. • Identifying and confirming what actions can be taken to mitigate negative schedule variance. • Ensuring constraints are properly identified and lessons learned are captured. • Ensuring Construction team is aware of all negative analytic trends. • Updating PPC / SPS for next production plan and providing the cycle time analysis, root cause analysis, commitment reliability, milestone forecast trend, reasons summary for the Construction team. • Communicating issues at site with Construction, Engineering and Planning teams. • Providing ad-hoc analytics for Construction regarding progress and forecast. • Forecasting and monitoring Mechanical Completion dates for all Pipelines scope. • Following up and updating status on pending QVDs and Punch Lists and communicating with TCO Construction and BPs. • Identifying and tracking possible constraints, that may affect Final MC dates. • Direct reporting of Mechanical Completion status to Project Manager. • On site daily planning and execution

• Provision of project engineering management of all Gathering pipeline scope involving pipeline cathodic protection systems, 3GI pipeline FO monitoring system, and power and fiber optic cable crossings including: • Manage the work scope, project specifications, project procedures, 3rd parties’ technical conditions, and risks identification and mitigation. • Interface with TCO Base Business and other Project teams to timely facilitate the resolution of issues or interferences between different entities/groups or obtain required information from other parties. • Review and approve construction Contractors’ technical documents; such as procedures, method statements, drawings, etc. Provide comments in Fluor’s Projects Online (POL) tool. • Initiate MOC process for projects to upgrade existing facilities, implement such projects from project documentation to completion of construction. MOC Ownership from the stage of initiation till the close-out. • Assist Contractor to develop solutions to allow construction to progress while still complying with engineering standards • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished and quality standards are met within established time frames. • Make, develop & encourage any technical suggestions that will enhance the overall Project Engineering or Operational Efficiency. • Discussion on Incident and Injury Free with the crews, complete site reviews of the contractor’s job site processes and safeguards to ensure they comply with TCO safe work practices. • Supporting safe work practices and IIF initiatives. Experience with PTW systems, SIMOPS, contractor safety and safety work processes related to construction activities.

Work to support the Pipeline Construction Team, with the objective to facilitate the timely and safe completion of the pipelines scope of work. Primary assignment is to champion the review of Pipelines Construction Deliverable, such as Site-Specific Method Statements and Construction drawings by applying constructability concepts and ensuring safety specification, practices and procedures are included. Assist and facilitate contractors in developing construction deliverables. Review and approve construction Contractors’ technical documents; such as procedures, site specific method statements, drawings, etc. Ensure timely review; provide comments in Fluor’s Projects Online (POL) tool. Support design & constructability reviews to capture and implement opportunities to reduce cost and schedule and/or enhance safe construction while operability and maintainability are not compromised Champion FGP/WPMP specifications

Understand contracts management required for major capital projects including processes and implications Act as a liaison between SCM Core Contracts Team and other groups such as CEPS, Legal, and Project Teams in representation of Services Team Issue contract status reports based on contract value, committed, work orders and expenditure per service line Advise the Planning & Performance Coordinator and other Services Managers/Lead on Change Orders and implications Prepare and raise Work Authorization, Extensions, Change Orders, and Service Order Contracts as requested for approval by Company Representative. Support in any commercial claims and disputes associated with Services Contracts Keep close communication with SCM Core Contracts Team for alignment and opportunities for improvement Open to provide other deliverables requested by Planning & Performance Coordinator and other Services Managers/Leads within range of expertise Contribute to the systematic management of safety, environmental, reliability and efficiency which is in support of the Operational Excellence strategy and support the IIF Culture.

Communicate on a frequent basis with Strategic Group, Contractors, Sponsors, etc. Maintaining files under Construction Master Contracts and validate compliance of contract signatures with current Delegation of Authority Control compliance with all requirements of Company policies, Contracting procedures and applicable legislation Ensure that procedures and documentation are compliant with applicable TCO guidelines. Run Expenditure & Expiration Reports Participation in negotiations with clients, suppliers and third parties on acceptable terms and conditions during bid/award, variation and project execution phases. Support and manage all activities related to administration of contracts including risk identification, risk mitigation and risk management during the post award stage.
