Main responsibilities: • Manage daily and long range planning / scheduling and support commercial team of a parts availability • Monitor the results of changes to the inventory plan/forecast and recommend modifications • Work with management in scheduling of components with vendors and suppliers • Complete and maintain reports on a weekly basis of inventory level, excess and Stock out Report. Plan for prevention of excess inventory and stock out • Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy within various locations and warehouses • Working with suppliers • Place orders into the system and follow up full ordering processes • Working in Oracle system

Main responsobilities: • Responsible for consolidation of marketing, sales, finance inputs, together with statistical analysis, history and personal experience into the Demand Plan. Preparing forecast - 18 months in advance (shipment plan/sales). • Responsible for the functional integrity of the analytical APO system DP software and demand, released to Supply Chain (SAP system) • Responsible for shipment/sales planning to achieve budgeted targets • Loading final shipment plan into SAP system • Collaboration with CBS team on in transit products/ orders from factories • Accountable for maintaining, analyzing and ensuring the integrity of Demand Management KPI results. Preparing reports, such as demand plan accuracy, sales plan accuracy, average sales by regions, slow moving goods, inventory levels and etc, on weekly/monthly basis. • Collaboration with Customer Marketing on SKU transitional process and inventory position. SKU simplification process. • Supervising SKU management including Material Master, SKU Lifestage maintenance in SAP • Inventarization (stock reconciliation, issuing claims to warehouse and transportation company based on results after physical inventory count).

Main responsobilities: • Managing and supporting the outbound process • Preparing and analyzing orders and shipments for the regions • Loading final orders into SAP system (issuing delivery note, invoices etc in SAP system) • Preparing direct shipments to Metro C&C • Implementation of EDI system • Collaborating with Warehouse and Transportation companies • Achieving monthly targets • Issuing invoices and working with all supporting documents (delivery notes, act of acceptance, claims etc) • Inventarization (stock reconcilation, issuing claims to warehouse and transportation company based on results after physical inventory count).
