Participate in the strategic success of Business Processes and Quality, as well as in designation of company goals and objectives. Adapt the Corporate Quality Guidelines and Standards to suit Country requirements and incorporate into the IMS Manual. Carry out Business Process Risk Assessments and enforced control measures to mitigate potential risks. Drive jointly with the Country Head of Operations (Country), all core and support functions to baseline key performance indicators (KPI), applying global standards where these exist, and to regularly review these KPI to monitor current performance and trends over time. Identified & highlighted quality or process improvements affecting customers, and where appropriate lead joint process improvement initiatives with customers. Carry out Internal, External, Subcontractor or related audits according to ISO or similar standards. Development and implementation of project specific Quality Plans. Maintenance of CAP Actions and Non Conformance registers. Ensured Best practices, quality deficiencies and lessons learnt ant networked in to the country. Tracking and closure of findings from Key assurance and control activities. Coordinate with the CM team to ensure that they maintain their respective areas of responsibility in the IMS Manual, and to provide the technical support to update the manual where necessary. Coordinate country-wide ISO certifications and to act as the prime contact within the country for external certification bodies.
